I brought in a collection after being told they pay 80% of value. During the appraisal, several cards were misquoted--PSA 10 listed as a 9 value, holos marked as non-holo, near mint cards priced as played. I caught these errors, and while they were corrected, I felt concerned for a less attentive customer or kid that trusts their local card store to have the necessary know-how to accurately price cards and gets undercut. When I was given a final offer, I accepted under the impression it reflected 80% of their own stated value. I later did the math and saw it was actually 72%. I messaged the owner, who said he "wasn't sure what happened" but offered $20 to make it right. When I asked for the full difference, the response turned curt--he emphasized the deal was done and he'd prefer not to renegotiate. I appreciated being able to pick up any cards they didn't want to purchase at 80% (which turned out to be over half the accepted cards), but even then, I was passive-aggressively reminded that I'd "already accepted a deal." Both owners came off as dismissive and deflective, which made the whole thing feel less like a misunderstanding and more like a tactic. Writing this disappoints me. I bought cards on my first visit and wanted to support the shop long-term. But the experience was too awkward, and I won't be returning.

I had brought this up on my GPS, but since they changed the exit in this area, it's a bit twisty to get to. However not horrible with a GPS! There is a fair amount of parking spaces and when you first walk in, you are greeted right away with all of the pretty Christmas decor! The staff here was very friendly! There are plenty of items to see and they have the trees decorated with different themes! It was super cute! I did buy one ornament and I would say it was slightly over priced. However, they do have such a nice selection of items and it's so well put together, I didn't mind. It was truly an experience!

First, I was disappointed to learn that they don't sell kringles here, so the business name is mis-leading, especially when Christmas is spelled as Kristmas. Ok, now that I got that off my chest, let me tell you hiw cool this store is! There are two levels of everything you will need to decorate your house for Christmas, as well as a lot of great gift ideas. They have Christmas trees, figurines, items to build your own Christmas village, Advent calendars, ornaments, customized ornaments, and anything else you can think of.
