He walked me through all of the features, and let me know that they delivered. So perfectly convenient! I couldn't ask for more. I'm in the market for a washer and dryer now, and spotted David once again. He offered some insight before I left to see whether I needed an electric or gas appliance. It took over a week for them to get to the machine and then we got the call that it could be picked up. They replaced the part that was malfunctioning. The machine was still under warranty, so we did not have to pay for the part. They however, charged almost $200 to service apart on a machine that was under warranty. we live in Menifee, so a friend of ours was picking up the machine. My husband talked to a woman at the store, gave her the credit card information several times and when our friend came to pick up the machine, they still didn't have it correct. when our friend went to pick it up, he gave the credit card information to her again. They were on speaker phone and didn't like what my husband was saying . frustration has set in on both sides. Finally Joe, the owner said just forget it. He's gonna have to come in with the card to pay for it himself. We live in Menifee so it would've been 120 mile round-trip. We have also spent more than $10,000 at that store. If you're shopping there, please beware because I personally don't think he's ever gave us great deals and the charges that much money for a machine that's under warranty is ridiculous and attitude means a lot when you're asked to spend money on things that don't stand up to what you thought you were getting.
