In my recent search for car and home insurance it was great having all the quotes done by one agent…read morefor both. Isaura took my information and requirements and promptly went on the search for what I needed. I didn't have to worry about cancellations of prior insurance company, worry about dates when to end and when to start with new policies. She took care of all the paperwork and payments due. All I had to do was agree to the new quotes and sign the documents. It was a pleasure to work with Isaura and peer, who I found to be very knowledgeable of the product they support. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good insurance company, friendly representatives, efficient, organized and timely to the customer's needs.

Virgil is the man. I heard about him from a neighbor who had just purchased a homeowners insurance…read morepolicy from him and were raving about how great he was (evidently he's been selling insurance for decades and everyone knows him in East Providence.. think 30 degrees from Kevin Bacon kind of network, it's Rhode Island afterall). And, I can see why. Virgil not only did my taxes and got me a WAY better deal on my auto insurance, but took a look at my financials and got me in the best financial shape of my life. The proof? I'm now living in Manhattan despite having student loans, a miracle in itself. 5 stars for this guy and his staff. Extensive knowledge, very attentive staff (I tend to ask a lot of questions), and very easy to work with. I'm a fan.

I learned the hard way that this is the WORST INSURANCE CARRIER one could have. The agent takes…read moreyour money, provides policies and then washes his hands of you when you need him. Initially, I attempted to file a claim by phone. Following 3 very long holds, I finally filed an online claim. This claim was for a flood of which an an appliance repair company was at fault. I made this point very clear at the beginning, and provided the at-fault party information for subrogation. No one ever came out to estimate the damage. The so-called adjuster sat at her desk (when she wasn't sick) and accepted photos to estimate damage. I received a total of $1100 for a flood costing me in excess of $10,000. I spent 3 months forwarding pictures and disputing the items "not covered" according to the "office adjuster". It became a daily job. All disputed items were clearly covered in my policy. She claimed items weren't mentioned in my original claim. The misinterpretation was due to the location of my clothes washer (in a closet in my bathroom, above both my garage and basement). Had an adjuster come out to see the damage, they would have seen the set up and proximity, which is extremely difficult to show 3 floors in pictures. When I finally gave up, I learned that my homeowners' was increasing by $2000 at renewal for 5 years. I then contacted the "office adjuster" leaving 3 phone messages and minimum 3 emails, to get a phone number and contact for the subrogation department. After 3 weeks, the adjuster did accept my call to say they did NOT subrogate, claiming that I chose to not subrogate. I don't believe they have a subrogation unit, as an Attorney Fucks had attempted to contact me and I dismissed his emails and calls. Really? The outcome: I took a $10,000 hit to correct the water problem, I paid Allstate back for the amount of the claim $1100, my insurance renewals have increased by $2000 per year for 5 years. For a grand total of $21,100. The topper is that Allstate has not removed the claim from my record. So, why do I need this company? Stress and nonsense?

I called this miserable fuck to get an update on my policy and why it hadn't reflected on my end…read morethat my address had updated which makes a big difference in how much I pay a month. While trying to explain myself, I was cut off and given a very nasty attitude. While trying to explain, I was just having some trouble retrieving any confirmation or receipt he continued to mock my stutter. How the fuck are you gonna be mad that I had to call and check up on something that you should've done? When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the owner, which made it even more concerning. You're in a business of providing service to people so if you don't wanna serve people then maybe you should get the fuck up out of that office, thats a DISSERVICE. I don't know what this guy has going on, but this will not stop here. I am going to make sure affordable insurance is on every do not go to page in hopes that no one has to have this experience again. I also phone recorded the whole conversation and will be reporting he is going to be held accountable and I hope that no one experiences this. For someone who deals with mental health and already having a lot going on, but nobody has to give a fuck but common decency is nice, especially when you're trying to give someone your fucking money. Please do not go to this man. it's not what you do it's how you do it and if you wanna go around treating people like shit and talking to people isn't an excusable way to handle things and maybe you should do your own fucking homework on your age and how you should be acting. It's OK though when people like that, feel like they are in power, there's always someone who is more in power. It appears to be nice to people let it be your daughter or your family member or your wife or anybody close to. You being talked to like that by a male how are you gonna take it? I don't think you're gonna take it lately and all this over, you not being able to handle a conversation that is your job asshole

I recently worked with Christina and it was an absolute dream!…read more Navigating auto and home insurance can be confusing and challenging but Christina knows her stuff and was extremely thorough - and patient!!! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that I worked with her for over a year in getting quotes for my insurance before I actually purchased coverage with her. I had been with my current carrier over 20 years so it was not a decision I made lightly. However, I will tell you that the level of service that I received, even as an inquisitive prospective customer, was some of the best I've experienced.
