Food: 2/5 The food wasn't bad, but it was certainly forgettable. The spaghetti was over cooked and the sauce was under-seasoned. Two of the stars are for the breadsticks, which were surprisingly good compared to everything else. The salad and dressings were packaged and meh. The Alfredo sauce was just ok and the meatballs were small. The sauce for the boneless wings was good but they were overpriced for what you got. Service: 4/5 The folks at the counter were nice enough. Ambiance: 1/5 What ambiance? This is a fast-food Italian restaurant. It was just like any other dining area at a fast food restaurant, not clean but not terribly dirty. The bathroom smelled terrible and was not particularly clean. Overall, I would not recommend this place, nor would I return however it was not as bad as it could have been. If you just really need Italian food then this is Italian food, but it isn't very good at being Italian food. My recommendation is to try elsewhere but it is maybe still better than a cheap frozen Italian meal. read more

Sadly... it seems you just don't get much bang for your buck. 2 plates, 2 small drinks... 30 bucks. It also seems like the portion size has decreased. When we got home I looked at my order of chicken fettuccine alfredo and the alfredo sauce was as runny as milk. It tasted alright I guess, but you couldn't get the sauce to stay on the pasta. Obviously a case of not preparing the alfredo sauce correctly. They either added too much liquid, or are trying to stretch the sauce by adding less dry mix. I didn't finish it. read more

I did not eat here (I was with friends that ate), however they still get five stars. There was a young lady from a church group selling candy bars to raise money. The manager came out, purchased the whole box of candy and passed them out to customers in the dining area. This a great example of the manager supporting the community he does business in. Penne with red sauce, spaghetti and red sauce, Fettuccini with white sauce and a nice slab of lasagna doused in red sauce. The endless supply of breadsticks is outstanding! The food was fine, but the atmosphere was nothing short of "ghetto." I was sorry we actually dined in and wished we had just done drive through. Staff sitting on counters, unruly "customers" messing around with (and perhaps stealing) cups and dancing like monkeys (literally) in the parking lot? Yeah, no thanks. As an out of state college student who eats out every now and then, I find myself in love with Fazoli's for their good prices and their app. I eat out with classmates often and I use their award points and spend way less than I can think which is important as a college student! Their breadsticks really depend on whoever is working. Sometimes, they can be soaked in grease like as if they're drowned in an ocean of grease. The Fazolis locations in Wichita are truly hidden gems! I always have a pleasant experience here! Staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh and tasty! Oh, and those bread sticks.....omgoodness they're good! Best part is, they don't skimp, and as long as you're eatin' them, they keep 'em coming! I ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo dinner with six extra breadsticks and it was the worst I have ever had. I just pulled out of tire's plus and I was starving and I'm always up for Italian so I thought I would give this place a shot. The breadsticks we're amazing but the dinner was horrible the broccoli was discolored and warped not even close to being steamed, you can still taste the rawness in the inside and the chicken was so hard and dried out find positive that my dogs wouldn't even eat it and the noodles were so plain and extremely dry, I had no sauce hardly any cheese and to make things worse I ordered two meals so I would have leftovers and I have to say I'll never be back and I should've never expected it to tastes like Applebee's.. was far from it. read more

We had an exceptional experience at this Fazoli's! From the minute that we walked in, the man behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. He patiently answered all of our many questions about the menu. They even gave us free cheesecake and a huge plate of breadsticks when the wait for our food was a little longer than normal. We were just passing through Wichita, but if we lived there, we would definitely go back to this restaurant. It was a very pleasant stop on our long road trip! read more
