Haven't had Fazoli's in a long time, since they closed in Tallahassee. Sad day in deed. Came to Valdosta for work, saw the sign and dinner, the first night. Had the classic sampler. Was delicious, as expected. Came back for lunch a couple days later and ordered the baked spaghetti!! It came out hot and fresh and was very tasty!!! Love love love the breadsticks!! I love Frazoli's but my experience at this location sucked! I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes or more for 6 wings and a drink. Had to pull over and get out in the rain bc I realized no sauce. The wings were almost cold and harder than the asphalt on 75... Tasted old... I didn't realize how disgusting they tasted until I got on 75 to head home which is an hour and 45 mins. I called to speak with staff bc I wasn't satisfied and I basically got a bunch of excuses.... And that was the end... didn't even get a real apology. $11 And 35 minutes WASTED!!!! Fazoli's is amazing Italian fast food. The staff were friendly, and our food was inexpensive and delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy and we had an endless supply of breadsticks brought to our table. What more could you want? My chicken parm was great and a huge portion. They were very generous with the cheese and I had to take over half of my food home. I just wish there were more locations around Georgia. Great stop on a road trip, quick and not too far out of the way. Hopefully we'll be driving through Valdosta again soon. read more

If you like lots and lots of salt, which they use to hide bad cooking with sodium burn, then be my guest. Bread sticks are soggy with grease and saltier than a pretzel. Even the salad was bad. This Fazoli's is a place my girlfriend and I stop every time we travel to Atlanta, since we don't have one where we live. Every time I've gone, the food has been good. It's a nice place to get some basic Italian food for cheap. The only thing that gets me is that the drink machine is somehow always out of ice. This is the first Fazoli's I have ever been to. Fast food Italian food honestly sounds like a great idea. The menu is full of interesting options that all sound pretty good. I decided to go with the Three Cheese Tortellini Alfredo, which features chicken and bacon. It came out in only about a few minutes. Unfortunately, I was left pretty unimpressed as the pasta was kinda cold and did not have as much flavor in the sauce. Only the chicken was the only okayish part of the pasta. I really wish I could give a review but I ended up not going because horrible customer service .. I called to see if they offered the loaded spaghetti Family style.. I would have been driving 2 hours away to come here specifically to get dinner .. They said they did not offer it Family style.. I asked could I have the baked spaghetti and just add toppings.. They said they could but it would get pricey .. I was fine with that I just wanted to get enough to make my 2 hour trip worth it .. The manager also informed me it came with 2 entrees which I was not expecting.. That was fine as I was asking to just make the second entree a regular baked spaghetti the phone hangs up .. I call again and it picks up then hang up .. I called again and this time I believe they blocked me .. I don't know who is the manager but she was the one who was in control of all of that as she was the one giving the young lady instructions when I was on the phone .. Fazoli's Valdosta Georgia. Stayed overnight at the Marriott on the way back to Atlanta and saw Fazili's got four stars so we gave it a try. Hands-down the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my entire life. Under cooked over sauced mush. The sauce tasted like something out of a jar like a Prego that you buy in the supermarket and the dough had no crisp no texture just mush. I don't know if this is a chain restaurant but it was very disappointing and I can't for the life of me understand why it got four stars. I'm giving it a one star and that is generous. read more

Usually our visit at Fazoli's is an enjoyable experience, however this time around the tattood ogre cook was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful, continuously making mistakes and telling my party that we should talk to the manager because serving us the food we ordered was "not her job". We walked to Fazoli's from the River RV Park. It was our daughter's birthday and she wanted Fazoli's, especially breadsticks. We got NO breadsticks. I asked multiple times for breadsticks and was told "We'll bring them out to you." This never happened, even though fresh breadsticks were coming out to other customers all the time. Fazoli's, where mediocre Italian goes very far. Now Fazolis is not the place to go for great pasta or Italian dishes, but it is the place to go if you want fast food Olive Garden on the cheap. My favorite dish is the fettuccine alfredo in all of its mediocre greatness. A family of four could have lunch here easily for $20 and be full. Came here for convenience. We were hungry and Fazoli's was right off the interstate. I had the Classic Sampler Combo. This came with Alfredo, Lasagna, Spaghetti, breadsticks, and a drink. It wasn't too bad, especially for the price. The breadsticks were surprisingly good, but possibly too salty for some people. If I could give this a zero, I would! On July 11, 2021 at 8:29 PM my family placed an order. I am extremely polite and grateful in nature so we were in no way rude. My husband went up a couple times to ask if he should be waiting by the counter for our food. The reason behind this is we were number seven and 9 was served then several other people were getting their food, all who had come in and ordered after us. What prompted me to talk to the manager was that order 29 were finishing their meal. In fact, by the time I approached the desk the restaurant was clearing out and the lobby was closed. We had been waiting over 40 minutes. I asked politely for a refund. The manager wouldn't even acknowledge us by looking at us. We wanted something other than your standard burger and found just what we were looking for! I had the Chicken Carbonara and my husband the Ultimate Spaghetti. We were both pretty impressed with this fast food stop - from the friendly and efficient service while ordering, to the freshness, quality, and tastiness of the food, to the table service, and especially the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms! If we had known there would be so much food in these meals, we might have just split a meal and added breadsticks - which are really good. I am up and down I-75 frequently in my travels and while I often enjoy my Fazoli's closer in my home area. I mainly have decided to write reviews as I am on the road in my travels. I have eaten at this restaurant several times in my travels and I never am really disappointed with what I get for the money spent on any visit. I will share that I never really rate Italian restaurants as a whole because I understand what true Italian food should be and most restaurants fall far short of my expectations in this area as Italian food is usually fairly inexpensive to produce, but most restaurants mark it up way too much in price in my opinion as I have found many if not most pasta dishes can often be produced for well under $1.00 if one knows what they are doing with many popular Pasta oriented entrees. What I appreciate about the Fazoli's Franchise concept is they recognize this and deliver a fairly consistent quality level in pretty much any of their locations you will find as some are better than others on their delivery of the overall experience. As mentioned many so called Italian restaurants fall far short in my opinion of what Italian food should be. Overall I feel Fazoli's delivers pretty much the exact same as other branded Italian Restaurants do, but at a friendly Easy-on-the-wallet value price that you will not go wrong so my overall rating on Fazoli's as a whole is in the fact that they basically deliver what most any other Italian restaurant brand as Italian food, but at half the price of other so called Italian restaurants or even more depending on how much you want to pay for your branded Italian food. In the case of this location in Valdosta, one does not have to look too far physically to find a much more expensive dinner that is basically the exact same thing, but served at a much higher price than Fazoli's offers on a daily basis. This Valdosta, Georgia Fazoli's in my opinion delivers a well prepared Italian offering in a clean and comfortable restaurant convenient to I-75 at a value price very close to or even often priced lower than many typical fast food burger joints today with runaway restaurant prices I encounter as I would rather eat here in many of their locations I have visited in my travels than scarf a burger for often the same money as I will be served here in real glass with silverware versus cardboard boxes and cheap breakable plastic utensils as often pedaled in most lower cost food corals of today. Fazoli's offers unlimited bread-sticks, friendly & fast counter service to your table with a hot meal at a pleasant low price without the hassles, headaches or the big ticket of many brand-name so called Italian restaurants out to attract and quickly consume our hard earned spending dollars today. I wanted to take a few minutes to leave a review of this Fazoli's as I would like to see more of these restaurants in more areas as I think they have a winning successful formula that delivers a good value, well prepared basic Italian experience at a very affordable to exceptional price. Fazoli's keep up the great work and I will visit this restaurant as well as my closer local restaurant and others you have I find in my travels as often as I can or when I need a quick Italian meal at a budget price! Good experience. Had not been here since the 90s as you can only find these chains in certain areas. Price is right for fast food Italian. Breadsticks are unlimited and still awesome!!! Pizza slice was good how I remembered so that was good. I had the ultimate spaghetti, wife had the chicken carbonara. Both dishes looked tasty but were kind of on the bland side. Had to spice the dishes up to the best of our abilities. It was ok and the serving was hefty. My only complaint. Customer service started off bad but got better. I have a thing about establishment that have no customers when I arrive and all of the employees are just standing around talking or bs ing. If there is only one customer or two customers being served there should be no reason for customer service slip ups. My wife received a salad with brown lettuce and asked for another. They brought her another brown lettuce salad ( might have been the same one). They forgot to give us cups for drinks, forgot my cookie that I ordered and paid for. I'm not nit picking but my wife and I were the only customers with several employees just standing around. Just saying. Anyway the breadsticks did keep coming so that was cool.
