Here's a combined review you could post: I was pretty disappointed with my visit to Fazoli's. I ordered a simple side salad, but somehow ended up receiving three slices of loaded cheesecake and six double chocolate cookies instead. While mistakes happen, this was a pretty major mix-up and the staff didn't seem very concerned about fixing it. To make matters worse, after I had already eaten almost all of my food, I found a hair in it. It was honestly disgusting and completely ruined the rest of the meal for me. Between the incorrect order, the lack of care from the staff, and the cleanliness concerns, this was not the experience I was expecting. The food itself wasn't terrible, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve, but I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!! If you plan on paying with your credit card they are going to card you for your personal identification I.D. What is this a liquor store? They treat you like your some criminal and if you don't have your I.D. they will refuse to give you food. The lady said it was because of new changes and regulations. I call BS , I will never eat here again EVER!. This is exactly how franchises go out of business for terrible customer service. read more

The service at Fazoli's on West Mason is truly excellent. The staff are always so kind, polite, and respectful -- it really stands out, especially for a fast food place. No matter what's going on, they treat everyone with genuine courtesy and warmth. It's just a pleasure to go there because of the people. My sandwich was marginal but the real gripper was the dirty outer bag which had the cook's gloved finger print marks of grease, meat and whatever else those gloves touched pre-packaging! Got home and the inner paper was no better with cheese and meat falling out and sticking to the paper not to be consumed. I would say $3 of product was wasted, based on the charges levied. Opening the bread completely THEN adding the ingredients THEN closing the bread a tad bit would remedy this but that must only come when you TIP the amount they think they're worth but certainly the company they CHOSE to work for doesn't believe they're worth! Otherwise this company would not expect THEIR employees to be supplementary paid by it's customers! $22 for just a sandwich that I walked to your work station and specifically told you what I wanted on it, you turn and make it, walk 2 steps to set it down and YOU WANT A TIP PRIOR? Reconsider your POS suggestions. The majority of customers are tired of this pre-tip concept that has infiltrated almost every business. I know I am beyond tired and choose not to return.
