Better than I expected! I stopped in to the location on Austin Bluffs, and was so pleasantly suprised. I had a hot, bubbling baked pasta with chicken and marinara. Better than Olive Garden- lots of ricotta and chicken. Sooo good on a chilly January day in the Springs! The hot breadsticks were better than Olive Garden, having more flavor. I won't even eat the bread sticks at O. Garden because they have zero flavor. Customer service in a casual lunch place like Fazoli's was great- each person that I interacted with was both friendly and polite. Lots of laughter! I rarely eat Italian food but this was a lovely surprise! My only complaint was that it was so cold in the dining area, that I had to keep my jacket on. Brrrr! On March 13th 2026 I placed an order online in advance for a special occasion to be picked up at 5:30pm; to avoid or minimize waiting time. I was at drive through at 5:30pm; and as I approach the drive through there was only 1 vehicle that was given it's order pretty quickly so I was the next in line in less than 1 minute, then the lady attendant opened the little window and asked if I had an order; and i said yes for pick up and gave her my name then i never saw her again. Well I received my order at 5:59pm was giventome by a different gentleman, so at this point I waited 29 minutes and no one came out through the waiting period to check with me or to give me an update on my order for pick up for 5:30pm; so what's the point of ordering online and set a time for pickup? Absolutely HORRIFIC Customer Experience I've never encountered such unprofessional and disrespectful service. What began as a simple dining experience quickly escalated into a nightmare of incompetence and customer abuse. - Initial order was incorrect... we were patient in the beginning... things happen. - Manager attempted to "fix" the mistake - DROPPED the replacement meal on the FLOOR - Refused to take responsibility for his errors. You could hear him telling other employees to get out of the kitchen. It was like a Chef Ramsey episode. The manager's response was beyond inappropriate. I can say that, for what there was, this sauce outperformed the majority of those available in Colorado Springs. I ordered two Baked Spagehetti with Italian Sausage and Extra Sauce. I suppose they either don't enjoy putting sauce on their spaghetti or forgot the EXTRA. I can boil spaghetti and toss with a small quantity of sauce at home. When I order it, I know that for one reason or another, the restaurateurs do not like to use a lot of sauce, so I always ask for the EXTRA. I came here for lunch with my kids. It has def gone downhill since I have been here. The marinara sauce is terrible and they just cover your plate in it. Way too much sauce for the pasta. The bread sticks were hard and overcooked. I would recommend the Alfredo, my girls did like that. Inexpensive, decent Italian food. Their bread sticks, that come with a meal are great. Not vry Italian but they are so buttery. I think they coat the bottom of the baking pan with butter. This makes the bottom very buttery and crisp. I got a sampler. The lasagna was flavorful and had the correct noodle to sauce ratio. My only problem for me was that the cheese was so salty. I did not care for the fettuccine Alfredo. The garlic was too strong and tasted fishy, but the spaghetti and meat ball was good. Great sauce, and a not too hard meatball. The other winner besides spaghetti was the salad. A huge salad for the price with flavorful dressing. No, this wasn't like an expensive Italian restaurant, but you knew that when you came in. Camille is probably one of the rudest workers I've encountered here in Colorado Springs. Her rude and condescending attitude ruined my appetite. She took her lunch across one my BLIND clients who talks to himself sometimes per his condition. She yelled across 2 tables to tell him "I can't talk to you because I'm on my lunch and not working" he was so confused and quite frankly it make others in the dinning area u comfortable to witness. We were asked to pull around to the side of the building to wait for our order. We sat there for over 20 minutes as orders placed after ours were brought out to other cars. After receiving the order, it left a lot to be desired. I asked for a side of sauce. It was served in a small container and they apparently ran out of lids. So it was dropped into a larger sauce container. It was messy and ridiculous. I ordered extra breadsticks and it looked like they were smashed into the bag. Some breadsticks were balled up. They seemed underdone and most of them went into the trash. After waiting that long for mediocre food the employee could have at least apologized for the wait. read more

I ordered online using doordash pick up service. When we got to the restaurant the manager said the doordash driver picked it up when i ordered for pick up not delivery. They refused to work with me until i called doordash and already left the restaurant, they then decided to "remake" us food. It's a 21 minute drive, he should've thought of that while we were there since it was their mistake why my food is missing. Had a dine in experience yesterday. Tim, the manager, is FABULOUS. I have had issues when he isn't managing, but never when he is. I seriously think this man could manage anywhere and excel. I have watched him over the past couple of years and he does great under pressure and is kind to his team, even if frustrated about them making the same mistakes. Sadly comments can be heard with raised voices over fans, but Tim keeps his professional integrity in tact. If I was able to hire him for a company I would. I think the front staff is great as well. I can't believe a restaurant can consistently mess up and be so bad and stay in business. It's almost inconceivable. I've ordered 6 different times, over the last few months, a gluten-free entree. the first 3 times I ordered their special gluten-free option. They claim it will come with Rotini gluten-free pasta. The first 2 times I ordered this, I get home and there are noodles, not rotini. So I call up and tell the girl who waited on us and she claims they also have gluten-free noodles and they are in fact gluten-free. So the third time I go, I order the same thing, specifically requesting the gluten-free noodles, rather than the gluten-free rotini. Well, the people behind the counter, look at me like I'm from Jupiter. What are you talking about they say, we don't have gluten-free noodles, but only the gluten-free rotini. So I explain, and all of them including the manager agrees that they don't have gluten-free noodles. So what did I eat the last two times, and I get a casual, well it must not have been gluten-free ?????!!!!!!!!!!! Since I've supposedly been getting the gluten-free rotini, I've had a bad reaction, and it's different every time I get it. It either has NO sauce, which is supposed to be Chicken alfredo and sometimes there's NO chicken. The very last time, just a couple of days ago, I finally got so fed up, because, there were 3 or 4 spoonfuls of pasta in the container, and I specifically ordered the larger or as they claim the regular. This is pitiful beyond belief. I've ordered 6 different times and 3 times each ordered the same item and got 6 different things. Anyone who has a gluten issue or any type of allergy can appreciate this. Overall any consumer, will also. On top of all that, a couple of times they charged me the wrong amount as well. This Fazoli's on Austin Bluffs Parkway doesn't even deserve a one-star review due to the fact personally me and my fiance just went to go eat there and the lady bringing the food was so rude we are all nice to her we said please and thank you and she's just talking with an attitude like she didn't care. we had dirty dishes, our chicken alfredo had watery sauce like it was mixed with water like it was just straight up water and white food coloring, they forgot my cheesecake and when my fiance went to go get my cheesecake and the lady was clicking her nails on the counter rolled her eyes and said what kind of Cheesecake did you get. she was the one that took our order. the noodles were undercooked the breadsticks were over salted and oily,and the chicken was very chewy.I don't recommend this place at all. Seriously, why is everybody hating on this place? We were trying to head to my fave Yakitori place, only to learn they had closed early that night. We were supposed to be at a friend's shortly and we needed to eat so we decided to come here. I hadn't been here since high school, but I remember being a fan of their unlimited breadsticks back in the day. My husband can't stop talking about this place. I think it may have been the highlight of his trip to Colorado. If you are trying to compare it to some fancy restaurant, you probably won't be happy. But compared to a fast-food place, this is a way better option. Hell, I'd rather eat here than Olive Garden any day. The employees were seriously the friendliest employees I've encountered in a long time. Super friendly, and they actually seemed to enjoy their job and care about their customers. The food was super cheap, we each got an entree and our bill was under $13 for two people. After we had paid we decided to try their seasonal cheesecake for $1.99. I don't typically like cheesecake but this was awesome! Cheesecake with some cinnamon apples on top drenched in caramel. So amazing, it was better than cheesecakes 5 times that price. So stop hating on this place and enjoy the cheap food and friendly service! read more

Hmm...how to adequately describe Fazoli's? It's honestly pretty similar, in my mind, to Olive Garden. I think Olive Garden sucks. Badly. So how do I give Fazoli's 3 stars? This is where my personal policy of basing my reviews on reasonable expectation comes into play. For what it is, fast food, Fazoli's ain't bad. For Italian food in general...well, I've had much better. So have you. But it does serve as a nice change of pace from burgers and fries. On my last visit, I ordered an ultimate meatball sub (or some such) and spaghetti and meatballs with added stuff (mushrooms and...something). It was adequate. I gotta say though, the remaining half of the sub made for a pretty good breakfast the following day. My wife had the sampler platter thing with added meatballs and an icy drink thing. The kids each had the chicken alfredo. My wife said hers was okay. The kids seemed to like theirs, and they LOVED the breadsticks. All together, it came out to $48. A little pricey for fast food, but not too far beyond expectation. The interior was well lit and inviting...although there was a curious aroma. The young lady working the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out quickly. There were just two other parties there, including a couple of young fellas with their prom dates. I WOULD say it was probably a short night for those dudes...but who knows with kids these days? Now get the hell off my lawn and go to Fazoli's occasionally. read more
