She actually cut his hair about 4" shorter than he asked, and cut off all the parts that were bleached, which he definitely did NOT ask for. Now we need to (hopefully) find a way to redo the bleach in his hair. She didn't even do a good job, it's very uneven in the back and we don't know how to even it out without making it even shorter. This is especially disappointing because the haircut was for an event this Friday, a formal event where there will be photos.
