Dr. Trieu's choice of treatment for me was to prescribe a mood enhancing pharmaceutical (he assured me that I needed it and that it would help me). Needless to say I did not take the drug. I asked for a cervical spine MRI; he wrote the Rx incorrectly and the lab would not perform the procedure. He wrote 2 other prescriptions incorrectly and I was not able to get them filled. So I decided to find another primary physician and I asked for a copy of my records. I was SHOCKED to read in his notes that he had written that I had a mental issue which was causing my headaches. He had seen me all of 2 times for a total of about 20 minutes - there is no way that he was qualified to judge my mental state! Plus, my headaches were caused by a misalignment in my spine that is now successfully treated by osteopathic adjustment. Avoid this idiot "doctor" like the plague!

She asks a lot of questions, and allows additional questions. I have never left the office feeling that I should have asked her this or that - while I was in the visit with her. My son turned 18 this month, and I am sad they he will start seeing a PCP soon - it's difficult to find a pediatrician or general practice physician who is caring and thorough and follows up when they say they will !! Dr Clifford is all of these things !! I have been going to her for the last 11-12 years and I wouldn't change a thing !! Everyone in the office is genuinely cordial and welcoming - even if I am coming in with a sick child !! Dr Clifford has a range of information at her disposal that she shares with us, and I feel better knowing that she will research a topic that is new or important to our child's situation/ illness. During COVID19, my middle child came down with a fever. She had her office staff set up and appointment where her nurse came downstairs from the 4th floor to the 1st and outside to the car to get the throat culture. That in my book is a heck of a service of above and beyond! Dr. Clifford is extremely focused and listens intently when presented with a sick kid. She asks lots of questions, completes her exam and decides on a course of action. She has been correct every time. Dr. Clifford takes her time during the examinations to ensure she has covered everything, and you never feel rushed. She also asks at the end of the exam if she has covered all issues. Dr. Clifford has truly gone the extra mile on more than one occasion when my kids needed referrals to specialists. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with her and her office staff.
