About a week ago I went to Citi Nails for an SNS manicure and spa pedicure, I've been going here since it was known as Fays. I usually come here when I'm in a rush or my usual place is booked. I came in and was the only customer, I've never done SNS here before but I figured it'd be fine since they're pretty okay with regular manicures and pedicures. I forgot the name of the technician that did my nails but she was basically rushing (even though there was nobody there and for once I had time and was in no rush) and did an awful job on my pedicure and manicure. I still paid the $70 and left a nice tip because I know how much it must suck to clean feet all day but I was so disappointed. The color I choose on my toes matched my SNS color but was too like so for some reason she put two coats on the rest of my toes and three coats on my big toe and you can see the difference, not to mention after I asked her to fix it she kept telling me why she put 3 coats, I understand why but it also looked like my toes we're different colors and again I'm the paying customer....She also blobbed on so much nail polish that hours later my pedicure was already ruined. She had to fix it 3 times before I left. Then my manicure wasn't dry enough when she went to clean it and ruined them and had to redo the top coat of SNS. I asked her to fix it and she constantly was telling me it's fine. I'm going to stick to my usual spot because I paid more here for a worse mani & pedi and service. I hate to say that especially because this place is so convenient for me but it's so disappointing to waste that much money on something that fell apart in a week but is supposed to last almost 3. Also, I did this for an event I had that weekend and after two days I ended up doing my own pedicure and sadly it came out better than what I paid for. read more

I got my eye brows waxed today and they completely ruined my eye brows! She did the complete opposite of what I asked her to do. I will never return to this place ever again and I will forever make sure people know not to go to this place ever!!!! They are the worst at eye brows. I had such beautiful thick eye brows and she took them away and made them super thin and uneven. read more

Love this nail salon... it is the only place i get my eyebrows done... and they also do a great job with manis and pedis. They're prices are great! Very reasonable, and i find them to be on the cheaper side compared to other salons. The people that work there are always so nice and the place is very clean. Not to mention, they give you a massage when your nails are drying. read more

Now known as "Citi Nails" - I've been coming here on and off for the last few years. They've been clean since I've gone but have gotten even better and properly use disposable plastic covers in the pedicure basins and all of the tools used are sterilized and packaged. The staff are mostly friendly and become friendlier as they get to know you. They're a little pricey but not necessarily for the area. Expect to be here for a while - they take their time (!) which I don't mind for pedicures but their manicures and tip sets take way too long. For example, I got a pedicure and a new gel tip set, I was there for 3 hours. read more

Citi Nails, this place is no longer called Fay's. I went in the other day and was quite disappointed. I had a gel manicure. The tools the girl used did not look clean, in fact the Emory board was so old and worn down, I'm annoyed that I didn't say something about it. The UV light box that I had to insert my hand into was so dirty that I really didn't want to rest my hand on the surface, plus one of the bulbs was not lit and hanging down. She had no timer and I was at her Mercy as to how long my hands were exposed to the UV. The tools were stored in a box that is usually reserved for personal clients. Everything felt unsanitary. I used to come to this place all the time out of sheer convenience and it was just "okay". Not very clean, not up to date, and I found the staff to be dismissive of anyone that wasn't enough of a regular in their minds. There was one girl who I liked only because of the quality of her work, I found her to be extremely annoying (singing while you do nails? really?). Anyway I went back last week after not coming in for almost and year and that will be my last visit ever. The place is gross. I wouldn't even consider a pedicure this time and barely felt comfortable getting a manicure. The instruments look like they've been used all day without cleaning. The girl who did my nails was so young and did not know what she was doing. I knew she was leaving a lot of imperfections but my instinct was really proved to be true when my nails chipped not even 48 hours later. I've had regular manis last me a full week when done well. Staff continues to be loud, yelling back and forth at each other at top volume and still singing out loud. There is nothing relaxing about this place. read more

I don't usually go here but I had a gift certificate so I went with a friend and will never go back. They are not friendly, and very messy. The lady spilt the dish of water and just looked at it and said oh well. She didn't even attempt to clean it. When she was filing my nails she asked if I want round or square and I said round yet she continued to make them square. Before we even walked out my friends nails were already bubbling. It has not even been a week and my nails are cracking, chipping and bubbling. I'm glad I didn't actually spend my money on this place because it was not worth it. read more
