From the first moment stepping in, our family was greeted with uplifting attitudes and smiles. Everything in the office was clean and up to date. The staff is very efficient in getting things done as soon as they walk in the door. We were seen quickly and waiting times have never been an issue. Dr. Fadl and his staff have done a phenomenal job relieving all of the overwhelming feelings of all new incoming information, while also providing concise information about the diagnosis and treatments. They explain things in a way that is able to be understood. In the event there is any confusion, Dr. Fadl and his team make it a goal to give a new explanation without confusion. Theresa, his nurse practitioner is a great addition to have in the office during visits. She radiates a positive energy the moment she walks into the exam room. She has a way of connecting with children of all ages and their parents in order to lighten the mood in the room and get rid of that dreary feeling of being at the doctor's. She often includes anecdotes or little jokes along the way to see a smile across the patient's face. Overall, Dr. Fadl and his team at Bright Future Pediatrics are at the top of the game in pediatric care. They have turned going to the doctor's office into an experience that is almost enjoyable, rather than being dreaded. Our first thought upon walking in was it was very kid friendly with a very colorful ambience! The lady at the front desk is so delightful every time we are in there! She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like family! All of the nursing staff has also been very welcoming and always ready to listen! Dr. Sana Syed has been a blessing as a Pediatrician! At our initial appointment she listens to our concerns, helped us come up with solutions to help in the meantime, referred us to a pediatric ENT where they decided to perform surgery the next day! Where as the other Pediatrician just gave us the runaround, Dr. Syed heard us and made things happen! I was told to give him ibuprofen at the first sign of an episode, but they didn't know the cause so he continued having episodes monthly. At the urging of a friend I made an appt with Dr. Sue and through testing and health history she identified the triggers and put together a plan of action. After years of ups and downs I can happily say my son has been episode free for over a year. Dr. Sue spends every minute of your appointment with you and listens to your concerns. Every time we have an appointment we are seen right away too, no wait time!

The place is overall nice and the staff is nice, nothing to complain. But I got 2 issues with them and for my first meeting didn't have the best impression ! The day before my appointment I got a text message reminding me about my appointment and the hour was different that the one I had on my agenda. I thought they changed so I came at the time I got on my text message. Obviously it was a mistake, the second hour wasn't working anymore, the front girl was really nice, apologized and gave me another day ! I was upset I had to come for nothing but not a big deal. A few days ago I got a bill telling me I had to pay for the appointment I missed. It wasn't my fault, I came at the appointment at the exact time I got on their text message reminder. I called and sent e-mail to discuss about the bill and they made me feel like it was my fault if I missed the appointment not their. They made me a "favor" avoiding the bill but it would be the last time. I have to admit I don't like the way they talked to me. The second point that bothered me. For my 2 years old physical the nurse told me he had to do an eyes testing. I asked if it was normal she said yes so I trusted her. We went to another room to get him tested. She put all the materials on him and after 3 min trying, she said she couldn't do it because he couldn't stand still and its was a long test apparently. I asked her when we could do it again and she said I had until he would be 6 ! When he was time to pay they made me pay $18.50 for the materials the nurse used on my son for just 3 minutes. I am ok to pay, I just think if she was professional she would have noticed that it would have been impossible to make my two years old, really active son, sit without moving for a long time and would have saved her time and me money if she would have told me right away waht the test was about. So that was only my first experience there... Still don't know if I want to keep going there or not...
