Well, instead of a day or two, it was about three or four days before they even looked at it. They couldn't fix it, and instead reformatted and ran the recovery discs -- something that frankly, I could've done on my own. Also - it was about three weeks until the system crashed again, and ended up at a different shop for repair. Beyond all this, when I would call, I was given an attitude. In fact, when I went to pick it up, I was addressed by a rude comment, "Oh, so you're the FAMOUS Mr. Myers." Really? Incredibly rude, and the woman having the audacity to say that after charging me a hefty amount and doing a not-so hot job on the computer - crazy. Again, they did do some data recovery for me on a few crapped out hard drives, and that was OK, which is why they avoided the one star review. That said, I wouldn't go there again -- look through my other reviews to see where I found that did a better job, faster, and cheaper.
