We purchased an older home that was very well lived-in (re: not clean) and wanted to wait to replace the basement carpet. I called Premier Carpet Cleaning and was given a quote over the phone based on the square footage and room. The quote was much, much less than I was expecting, having had other companies clean our previous home. Scheduling the appointment was easy over the phone as well. And, most importantly, our carpets were so clean! They were even able to remove most of the paint from the edges of the carpet by the wall. It stayed damp for a while, but it is in a Michigan basement after all. One day with the dehumidifier running and it was back to normal, but of course much cleaner. I highly recommend this company, and will happily be a repeat customer when the need arises!

One Stop Carpet Care and Repair did not disappoint. This was my first time using them and from the minute when the owner Dave answers the phone to set your appointment until they were finished with my carpet...this company was professional from start to finish. My carpet cleaner Dave V. Was respectful, knowledgeable, helpful. Explained a way for me to treat my dogs pet stains. He never tried to sell me anything additional or up charge for the little things. He was very thorough and worked hard to pick up the tough stains, our kids and our dog left him. I would highly recommend Dave V and One Stop Carpet and Repair.

He shows up on time, always calls first, and is always very pleasant. He comes right in, assesses the needs and gets right to work. Start to finish he takes about an hour and the results are great! He is careful and if I ever have questions or spots I want him to go over again, he never has a problem doing it. I have two young children and a big dog, so things here can get messy and I can get picky with cleaning. He never seems annoyed with me and I really appreciate that! His price is reasonable and his equipment better than some other owner-operated services I've used. My experiences with Ed and Rug Rescue for the Preschool have also been great. He can get out lots of stains, play sand, and ground in Play-Doh! We had a flood before and needed him the same day and he was more than willing to come right out. I recommend him very highly.
