Was really craving a Buffalo chicken sandwich tonight and chose Fat Burger to satisfy that craving and it did a pretty good job. The flavour was good, but I don't know if it was a Buffalo sauce, tasted more like it was tossed in hot sauce and drizzled with mayo. Their bun is not designed to hold the amount of sauce they put on this sandwich. Very disappointed in the sogginess of the bun. All in all in curbed my craving but I don't think I would ever get one again. read more

Everything was perfect and tasted so good. I got the chicken tender and fries meal with their delicious honey mustard. We had an awful dinner at Chop Steakhouse and Bar and this tasted even better with only being a quarter of the price. The customer service was so great and they were very friendly. read more

I know some people have suggested the restaurant be contacted prior to giving a bad review, I have emailed them with no response after 3 days. We went on Thursday (dec 19) I ordered two burgers two shakes and one fries and one onion ring (for take out) We were not offered a combo deal and the guy taking our order appeared confused The burgers were mushy, onion rings were not seasoned at all and not cooked very well, I ordered curly fries and most of the fries were under an inch long , shakes were good.... overall a very disappointing meal and needless to say, we won't be going back. read more

In a strip mall. Phoned in an order for pickup. Wings are very good. Lots of meat on them. But just token one tiny sliver of celery and one half carrot stick . Just change your menu to say no veggies. Otherwise for us that are expecting veggies, this is a total fail. Staff are East Indian and were friendly but difficult to understand. There is a language barrier. My other complaint was the boxes the wings come in for take out leaks so eating them in the car requires a plastic bag underneath. Have not tried the burgers. Beware the redneck tradrivers that pull up in their jacked up trucks as you are backing out. I suggest you park a lane back and walk, so that you don't have to back out. read more

California Burger. Delicious! Ultimate Backyard BBQ Bacon burger...great! Nacho fries...very good! Pricey as bugers go...but worth it. ~$20 for a combo with fancy fries. The staff was very polite and even brought additional cutlery and straws to the table. Ordered the bacon lovers poutine. poutine is good minus the three strips or bacon they laid across the top. Skip it. The Oreo milkshake is fantastic as always. Restaurant was running a little slow due to staff shortage. Food was very late. One family waited 25 minutes and finally just left. read more

LOVE IT HERE. Possibly the best fast food restaurant in Sherwood park. Best chicken tenders I've ever tasted but the price is actually quite expensive but it's worth it for the quality and quantity of the food. My only exception is that the portions are bigger at the restaurant that on the food delivery app "skip the dishes". I'd prefer if I got the same quality of the restaurant on that app. Overall an amazing dine in restaurant and take out restaurant. read more

Fatburgers everywhere serve the same food, so I'm just reviewing the service at this particular location and I must say the service was excellent. I'm guessing the two staff were brother and sister and owners of the place. You can always tell when you're dealing with an owner vs. the hired help. They were both very friendly and accommodating. I had to change my order three times because my wife stayed in the car for medical reasons so I had to keep going back to the car to get clarification and come back and change my order and at no point did they give me any indication that they were annoyed. They were just so patient and accommodating and I really appreciate that. Also I have a face mask phobia (true story) and they didn't give me a hard time about not wearing a face mask so I really appreciate that as well. read more

The person taking our order did not understand plain English and entered our order incorrectly several times - thank goodness there is a screen we could correct her. It was very expensive for two people - we had a bacon poutine, a regular poutine and shared a regular boneless wings order. My husband had a draft beer, and I a lemonade. Our bill was $40. The food was terrible. The wing flavor recommended to me by the cooking staff was a spicy BBQ and it was very peppery. The gravy used on the poutine was "off" and tasted like rotten meat. I didn't eat more than 1/4 of my food. We will not be returning. read more

Stopped for lunch with some folks from work while visiting from out of town. Burger was great, fries were crispy, decor on the inside of the place was very good. Only giving three stars because the service was so slow, and there were only a couple other people in the restaurant at the same time. It was the opposite of busy. In addition, there wasn't a single smile from a person who worked there while we were there for 45 minutes. Not particularly nice when ordering or getting food. I'm not expecting cartwheels or anything, but it was hard not to get bummed out watching the staff inside. read more

Maybe my mistake was getting chicken here instead of one of their signature burgers but this definitely wasn't one of my better dining experiences. I went with spicy boneless wings and a drink and found myself quite surprised that it came to almost twenty dollars. My surprise changed to disappointment when the wings came after quite the wait and it was fairly apparent to me that several of them were extremely overdone. The whole order was also lacking in sauce and I left feeling disappointed and like I had not gotten my moneys worth. Nothing against the front counter staff as they were lovely and do a good job keeping the dining area clean but the food was not good at all and I won't be back. read more

I was very dissapointed with my trip here, they have it displayed on there menu that they serve fish and chips yet when i ordered then it was only the chips. The sack at the till poorly informed that you would only get the chips. They should not have there menu like that, its very misleading. horrible horrible horribl experience, will NEVER come back. Placed my order on line said it would be 20 minutes for pick up. Arrive 20 minutes later. Stood in line for ten more. Only to be told we dont have it. Told the assistant manager whom confirmed the order. Then he goes in the back and gets it off the printer. Comes back and says it will ten minutes. Fourty five minutes later, after he gives it to me. Two fries and two gravies missing. Asked for them. Got them. Maybe if the assistant manager had stayed out of the kitchen and left the cook alone I wouldnt of had to wait that long. And one of the burgers was wrong and the other was falling out of the wrapper Will I go back, possibly, but if he is working, not likely. It was an eighty dollar order, I had placed. read more
