I visit this location at least once every couple weeks. I have never had a bad experience here with the food or the service. They so sometimes seem like they are short staffed and the wait is a bit long on those days. I however dont mind the wait because the food is great. read more

Paid $15 for a combo meal that was not good at all. They got my order wrong, even though I said something at the window to correct the mistake. I've came here a few times but usually didn't come for the people or service, normally just because i love the burgers. But my last visit was GREAT. This place sure is turning around, I arrived and was welcomed by a young lady named Gwen. She was great and put a smile on my face right away! I myself work in fast food over at sonic and i greatly appreciate that she took the time to make sure I was feeling right at home. I got my burger which tasted great as usual! I wasted over $25 here on two shakes, fries, an impossible burger & a plain hamburger. The bun had mold on it and the burger was soggy and sopping in mustard and other liquids. It looked so sloppy and disgusting. On top of that, They didn't​ even get my order right. I ordered the Impossible burger but they gave me what looked like an uncooked veggie patty. I was so grossed out by the sandwich's appearance that I offered it to a homeless person on the street begging me for food. I regret not going back to the company​ immediately and demanding a refund. My son ended up puking hours later after eating the plain hamburger, literally just a burger patty and bun, how do you mess that up?... The establishment​ is so trashy and rundown, which should've​ been my first clue not to eat there. I got a turkey burger combo with a Maui shake and fat fries paid 20, waited in drive thru for 25 mins got my order. Once at home the burger was cold the onion rings were soggy and the fries looked like there were just dumped in the bag, mind you I only live 10 mins away. When I called the store some girl answered I asked for a manager she said no one was there and stated"umm I'm trying to work " and she HUNG UP ON ME!! WOW! Question - how much would you expect to pay for a 1/3lb single burger with cheese, fries and coke? $6-8?? I just paid $13.58 through this Fat Burger's drive-thru! Ridiculous! I should have just kept on going and gone somewhere else. I even questioned the drive-thru attendant thinking maybe he didn't ring up the meal correctly. Nope, he said it's correct because I "ordered a meal." When I ordered, the drive-thru sign did not have the meal combo prices posted and some of the pricing looked covered up and hand written - which was all faded - but SERIOUSLY, almost $14 for one little burger meal! Twice the price of other fast food burger joints (Carls Jr. and In-and-Out) and not any tastier or better quality! Even Red Robin down the street has $6.99 double burgers with unlimited​ fries! I went after an appt that I had right next door and I decided to go through the drive thru, there was one car in front of me after he ordered I ordered my diet coke and skinny fries with chili and cheese. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through till I finally got to the window. When I pulled up they took my money and handed me my food. I looked in the bag and pulled out my COLD chili cheese fries! I told them it was cold and they said well we put cheese on it... um No its cold! So the lady says well do you want more chili on it? No... no I want a fresh order I have been in line for 20 minutes! So she rolled her eyes and made me a new one 4 minutes later she handed me my $9 chili fries and sent me on my way.. let me rephrase they charged me $9 when I shouldn't have been charged more then $4 it was terrible, small and not worth it at all! DO NOT EAT HERE!! Waited near the order box in the drive through for a while before they finally acknowledged me. They still had me wait even longer though. I assumed he was the only guy working and had to take orders, payments, AND make the food, until I saw someone else there cooking. When he took my order, he didn't ask the usual questions such as fat or skinny fries, what I wanted on my burger, or what drink I wanted. I went ahead and gave him all that info anyway just in case he wasn't a mind reader. I got to the window and he just stood there. Didn't ask me for payment or anything. Now I'm thinking I must be the mind reader, because I handed him my card and sure enough he did want me to pay for my food! He handed my card back, again without saying anything. I waited maybe 15mins before I got my food. I know fatburger takes a long time, so the wait isn't a big deal. He asked me what I wanted to drink even though I told him already. He gives me my drink while I wait for the food. Once he gives me my food, I open it to make sure it is correct. No cheese! I paid 99¢ for cheese, I'm going to get my cheese! I honk to get their attention and hand him back the bag and told him I ordered with cheese. He takes it and comes back a short time later. I start to open it to check again while asking "what, did you just throw a slice on the one I have you?" And sure enough, that is what they did! Cold cheese on my burger! I told him to go ahead and take the whole order back and I would like my money back. I paid with my card and they gave me cash back. I guess go here if you just need some cash but all you have is your card. Otherwise, just go elsewhere. I won't knowingly eat at a place where the people entrusted to prepare my food are lazy clock-punchers--nor would I eat where the staff has their ass on the serving counter. I dig the Fatburger franchise as a whole (I've reviewed the Sunset Station location favorably). This place is at Sunset and Mountain Vista, in front of the Wildfire. I sat in the drive through at this location for 3 full minutes today (I use my watch to time drive through response time--just a habit to overcome the boredom) with no response. No big deal. So I pulled up to look through the drive through pickup window. Maybe they were closed and I didn't notice. Perhaps the intercom was broken. Maybe they were being held up by robbers and I could foil a crime!!! Nope. When I pulled up and looked in, I saw two employees, one sitting on the counter (where food is supposed to be served), one sitting in the dining room, both looking at their cell-phones. There were no customers visible inside. I'm hoping there was no manager inside either, or else that location is in real trouble if one of those loafers was actually in charge. Lazy is one thing; I can nearly forgive some young person for not giving their all for a minimum wage fast food job. But sitting on the checkout counter? Oh, hell no. read more

Let me start by saying ive been to other fatburger locations that had great food and service. That being said, We were really disappointed about the food and the service, we went through drive-thru and ordered for three people. We ordered three burgers two with cheese one without. we all so ordered onion rings skinny fries and drinks. got home and realized we were missing one of the burgers, we drove 4 miles back to the location to be told by the workers that they didnt hear the third burger and so it was our fault. That if we wanted to replace it we needed to pay for it, even though we had repeated the order three or four time when we were first there.I returned inside to try to talk to them and both employees acted as if i wasnt there even tho eye contact was made. We then went back through the drive thru so we could talk to them since going inside went no ware. Once they realized it was us they insisted we come inside if we were to be helped, even tho we were behind 3 cars. After we finally got inside they handed us the burger and then apologized for the misunderstanding, We drove home nearly half hour after the rest of the burgers had been made, just to find out that the other two burgers had been made wrong, and the rest of the food was cold. Most places would have offered to replace the order to start with. I most definitely will not be returning based mostly on the service not the product of the food. read more

Whoever owns this location is determined to wring every penny out of it without keeping it up. The "24 HOURS" sign is lit (well, most of it) but they aren't open 24 hours. No music inside. The beverage machine screams in need of maintenance and the drive thru electronics don't work. I never see the same employees twice. We ate at this FB solely.We ate it 3 times a month,sometimes an entire family order.We always got stamps on our cards and always started a new on when full. We thought we could get a free day some day. We piled up about 7 cards. We tried to use two of them on day about a month ago. We were told that there was a sign up by the cashier stating that they no longer redeemed them but they have no idea were the sign went.We paid for our burgers .Then the clerk stamped our current unfull card? After a long day at work drove thru to order food. Waited 5 mins before the lady could take my order. Once she took my order it was a medium meal, xl meal with a shake and a kids meal. She told me the total $40 I was so surprised! I get to the window wait 10 mins before she collected payment. Then she told me after waiting 15 more minutes to pull to the front and they would bring my food out! I waited 10 more mins then I had to go in and get my food cause nobody came out!!!!! I still love their food every now and then for an indulgence and I'm not petty when it comes to bad service usually as everyone has a bad day. Today, I was craving Fatburger, one car ahead of me, sat at the order screen for 5 minutes before a shallow voice came over asking can I help you? Ordered my food, forgot to say everything on the burger but he never asked. I decided to just tell him instead of waiting. Pulled up. Car in front leaves, he's in the window. Opens it and ...........complete silence........ No read back, no hello, no total given. Just silence and looking at me. I hand him my money knowing the total from the order screen. He hands me my change, no words are spoken. This is really odd to me! Why would you have your drive up window person be someone who is socially rude? I don't get it. The name on my receipt read Break and below that initials DT. Management - please get someone else to work the window!!! This young man is not the type of person you want handling face to face contact with customers. My food came and he opened the window looked at me, I must have been sitting there waiting for a word and he just hands the bag and closes the window. No thank you, have a good night, nothing! I don't get it. Maybe I'll just start going inside now when the dining room is still open. The drive in seems to hire those making their paycheck with little to no effort or enthusiasm. I used to be a Fatburger regular. At $30+ for a few burgers, it was worth the money. Then I went to Fatburger about 4 weeks ago. The girl at the counter forgot to check our bag to ensure the order was complete. 20 minutes later, we were home and ready to sit down to a guilty pleasure I have savored since 2002 (when we moved to Vegas). regrettably, there was a sandwich missing. I called the restaurant and they were expecting me. I asked that the entire order be replaced so our family would be able to enjoy the meal together (since it would be a 20 minute drive there and a 20 minute return). The restaurant manager explained that she would not replace the entire meal because the company would require her to pay for it out of her pocket. I was amazed at the unmitigated audacity of the manager to make me out to be the bad guy for expecting ALL of my meal. I will miss Fatburger, but I will not miss being treated that way. read more

I haven't eaten at Fatburger in about 12 years. Since I now live near the Green Valley Ranch and it was on Groupon I gave it a shot. BAD MOVE. Really bad. I can see why the Burger war has hurt this franchise. I ordered a half pound cheeseburger, Fat fries and a vanilla shake. I asked to PLEASE cook my burger medium which they said they would. The fries and shake were OK, nothing great but edible. The burger was well done and dry and looked like a quarter pound burger at best. I asked them to make me another and even the second burger was well done and dry. At this point I wasn't going to send it back again. I figured I would eat cause I was hungry and swallow my losses. BTW that order came to $16. I hardly call that fast food prices. Definitely my last time to any Fatburger with so many other excellent fast food burger places around such as Freddy's, In and Out, Habit Burger and Shake Shack.
