The tree had become giant for a crepe myrtle tree, and it was damaging both my mom's house and her neighbor's house. It was a tight squeeze, so I was nervous about damage to the houses, but they did a perfect job! They were careful and transparent throughout the entire process, incredibly friendly, cleaned everything up and put everything back, and got the work done within an hour or two. He arrived at 4:30 and immediately diagnosed the issue which was a loose connection within the outlet. He replaced the affected outlet post haste and offered to send an estimate to replace all the outlets if I didn't want to do the work myself. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field of expertise regarding electrical and wasn't pushy about doing anything that didn't need to be done other than taking care of the initial issue.
