Finally! I've suffered far too much bad pizza in SBR ... we have a winner! This was a great pie. It came heaping with fresh cheese, fresh mushrooms, and plenty of sausage without overwhelming amount of sauce. Not sure if Fat Daddy's is breaking Walton County law by having edible crust (every where else we've tried is SO bad), but I love what they do: it's not a thin crust, but perhaps just two thin crusts stacked. Any more and they'd get to doughy, but this design give a great proportion of toppings, sauce, and crust in each bite. Not to go all Brooklyn 99 here, but the mouth feel is a winner. Best yet, it is a fantastic cold pizza slice, as well. Given the quality of the ingredients, we experienced no hardening or coagulating of the cheese. I'm definitely a Fat Daddy's fan ... well done! We'll be back read more

I have ordered pizza from this shop 3 times since moving here more than a year ago. Each time the pizzas were ready in 15 minutes after phoning order. Besides very good pizza, the prices are very fair and far lower than other stores. The toppings are very generous and the pizzas are much better than that fancy place down the road. The chicken Alfredo was the biggest letdown. The noodles themselves were fantastic, perfectly cooked and clearly fresh, but the sauce tasted like something straight out of a jar. Creamy, yes, but flat and lacking that rich, house-made flavor you expect when you're paying restaurant prices. The chicken was fine, not bad, just nothing memorable. The baked pasta (lasagna) dish had that dramatic cheese pull, which is always fun, but again, flavor-wise it was just okay. Not bad, not great, just... there. Overall, nothing tasted awful, but nothing wowed me either. For the price point, I expected more depth, more seasoning, more something. If this were cheaper, I'd probably shrug it off and come back, but as it stands, it didn't feel worth the cost. Pretty food, decent pasta, underwhelming flavor, and overpriced for what you get.
