Impressive Image Works has changed with technology and is now printing my 4 color commercial pieces as well as my embroidery on garments I sell. I assure you they are very concerned with producing quality work whether it is ink on paper, embroidery, or screen printing. The owners have always been willing to give me the time to assist me in finding solutions for me and my clients, and not just patching a need. I bought a plan and phone two weeks ago here. Phone started dropping (several, not just a couple…read moreof) calls and muting my voice during call (I could here my caller but they could not hear me.) I went in and told the guy what was going on. He immediately started quizzing me about EXACTLY where it happened, which didn't matter--it was in Tyler city limits with strong signal. He said the ONLY thing he could do was a master reset. Then he felt the need to show me how to hold a phone! Total jerk. This is about a phone that is only two weeks old. I've got news for them--if that doesn't fix it, that's NOT the only thing they'll do-- we'll start with phone replacement! While I was leaving, another customer followed me out to my car and told me if I want real help, go to the other store in Tyler. Apparently, others have gotten the same treatment at the TROUP HWY T MOBILE.

Had an unknown issue with my septic (filled without sprinklers going on). I needed some help pretty…read morequickly. I called late afternoon. I was told pumping would be about $400 on top of addressing the problem. They came first thing the following morning (7:30am). Marvin pumped only what he needed to assess the issue. He found the electrical connection box completely submerged. He drained it and added sealant to reduce the chance of future fluid intrusion. He tested components and pulled and manipulated the pump. He ensured all worked well and tested three times to be certain all was working well. He was professional and personable. He gave me some easy to follow maintenance advice as well. This was a time some companies would take advantage of the customer (immediate need of service). In the end, the limited pumping (only what was necessary) and the quick work resulted in a change well under the $400 quoted. It is nice to find service providers who are honest and don't take advantage of their customers.

I have used Joey Ridgle's Septic and Sanitation 2 different times, The first time the guy who came…read moreout was very professional he emptied our Tank and cleaned the inside was very friendly and charged us $140 for the whole thing, So since we had such a great experience the first time we decided to use them again. I had them come out on 4/8/24 this time it was 2 people who came out, They emptied our tank and the 2nd guy who was with them did not seem like he knew what he was doing, they didn't clean our tank. After they left we had 2 days of rain and we noticed a puddle were our septic tank lid was so I called the company and the lady I spoke to talk to me like I was a child and tried to tell me that is was due to my tank being old, I tried to tell her that this didn't happen last time and we had more rain last time. They did not offer to come make sure it was not the lid or anything and never tried to make it right just wanted to charge us to come empty it out again or put a new leach line We are on disability and can't afford to pay for someone else's mistakes and that is exactly how she made me feel.
