This is the WORST cleaning company I've ever encountered! Very unprofessional! Cleaners were at…read moreleast an hour late. I had to call them to ask why the cleaners have not arrived at agreed time. They informed me there was a delay. One cleaner was an hour late the others arrived two hours late! This was unacceptable! I had to move/cancel other appts. previously made. They did a horrible job cleaning the house. The house was already cleaned so I requested them to just focus on deep cleaning the bathroom, inside fridge and oven and wipe/sanitize cabinets. Some cabinets and surfaces were still dusty, inside of freezer was still dirty, bath tub was untouched and shower fixtures were not wiped at all. I had to leave for an appointment, I specifically requested them to notify me once they leave as I am paying them on an hourly basis. When I got back home prior to agreed time, they were already gone, did not notify me when they left. This is a complete waste of time and money! I will never hire this company again and will never recommend to family and friends! Needless to say, it was a HORRIBLE experience!

To be fair I took my Time deciding, asking for a new proof, and deciding what size banner i wanted…read morebut I'm the customer. i feel like that gives me a pass on taking my time. I realize i am not their biggest customer either but owning two businesses and one of them being real estate i know a lot of people that use yard signs, photo-prop signs among other things. So while my $225 order wasn't huge i could have been a long term Customer that sent referral after referral. I explained why i wanted the banner and how i expected it. Trying to get a feel for an 8 foot by 8 foot banner on their program is laughable. Trying to get a feel for spacing compared to real life is not even a possible. When i paid mid June i believe, the person who i was working with (who remain nameless) was too busy. So i talked to two women they ran back and forth asking questions what ever, Got done. My hand held double sided sign was done in a couple days off with out a hitch. They said production was slow banner would be ready in a week give our take. Finally got it on 7/31 which i wasn't in a hurry but paid in advance and clearly was forgotten i feel like. Anyways i have a banner that is 64 sqft and useless. The whole point was two logos on each picture at least. Some items i will be taking pics of are 6x3 inches some are 3 feet long so wife variety of shapes and sizes. When i picked it up a 14 year old boy was the one that helped me again running to the back asking questions didn't ask if i was happy, didn't open and show me, sign and leave. No follow up phone call or email just a very underwhelming unpleasant experience. I will not return, i try to always shop local and with people i know, but you still have ya provide a good service to those people wether they be friends, family, acquaintances. Company Folders makes presentation folders for us which we use for sample mailings to our clients…read more We have used them for a few years now and always order the exact same thing. We have never changed the caliper of the board, the artwork, the coating - everything exactly the same. When we re-order the order process in tedious and laborious for a repeat order. The entire process usually takes 2-3 days to complete with forms to sign etc. This whole process should be streamlined to make the exact reorder process a breeze. I have saddle stitch booklets printed with another online company and these booklets are sent to clients inside these envelopes. I can reorder these booklets in under a minute since they are exact repeats so I know this can be done in the printing industry. As far as the folders themselves go, they are 2 spot color printed and the printing has always been correct, centered and true to color. There are gluing issues where the glue flap breaks at the very thin top and these are sent to us even though, once packed, it is very simple to see these broken flaps. Having been in the folding carton industry prior to this job we kept a box of finished pieces at the end of the folder/gluer that the packers could pull from to replace damaged pieces. Bottom line - Make it easier for your customers to do business with you and take the time to QC what you sell before you seal the box.
