One came out fine, but the other was noticeably off-center about half an inch because they used two different sized numbers and didn't even catch it. So after wasting money on a brand-new jersey, I had to go buy another one. I even changed the color just to avoid the same mismatch issue, hoping they could at least get it consistent the second time. What's worse is the owner acting like this is acceptable or "professional." It's not. When you miss placement by that much--twice--and only get one out of three attempts right, that's not a small mistake. It's sloppy work. If you care at all about how your print looks, take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of better options that actually pay attention to detail.

The salesman misrepresented the booth to our company and then refused to take it back. The packaging provided no protection during shipment and was even taped up by The Trade Group on delivery because they couldnt even close it.
