The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

I called to ask what the turn around time would be for a 18x23 sign for a small A-frame. This was…read moreon a Thursday and Dick told me 4-5 days, "great" I said as I needed it the end of the following week by Friday at the latest and emailed him the file, Dick emailed back one question and that was that, this was Friday. Seeing that I hadn't heard from Dick by the following Tuesday afternoon I emailed him and asked about my sign, wondering how it was going and if he had another question. Are you ready for this? Dick emailed me back and said, "my designer has been out sick for 3 weeks so I suggest you try another printer". WHAT? Why didn't Dick tell me this when I first contacted him? I told him my time frame and if he couldn't get it done by then he should have told me up front. Luckily I found FedEx on 4th. Street and Greg. They did a great job, got it in time for my event and for less than $45.00. Dick wanted $75-$125, conclusion, Dick's a dick and Econoline Signs of Santa Rosa sucks.
