My only reason for not giving 5 stars is their communication throughout the process could have been better. We spent a week sitting, without any communication after the invoice was paid, then a couple of other instances where we were expecting to hear something and didn't. Maybe a contract with the steps of how the process is expected to go, or just more communication of where we are and what's next. This could be a personal preference. Otherwise, we are so happy with the wrap, application and value. Love it

We are somewhere between "8 on Your Side" and "Morgan & Morgan"…read more Where can we go next? 18 months later and our 18" and 22" building lettering are STILL coming unattached and falling off. The install vendor was 3rd party and had to come on site multiple times, and still couldn't get it right. Shouldn't commercial grade professionally installed business lettering stay up on a wall for at least 10 - maybe 20 years. They were never securely installed in the first place, and I pointed that out multiple times. Then upon "correction" were still not all secured and firmly anchored in the concrete wall. Both church and school building letters had to be reattached with epoxy by me on 4 occasions. Yes, I laddered up on the roofs and spent hours doing what Image360 refused to do . . . Get the "Job Done Right" once and for all. Now others are coming loose. This was a Commercial Grade contract and top quality pricing was secured for top quality lettering. No discounts, no corners cut. However, from the first crooked, off-plumb install, to the third visit to secure wall studs, bolts and adhesive discs to hold the letters, it's been a nightmare. Our real fear is the next 2 lbs letter to come loose and fall off will be from 20' and could hit a parishioner or even worse a student on the head, which could easily be a fatal blow. Image 360 has little concern for "Guaranteed Satisfaction", quality, or providing a finished product installed to reasonable Professional Standards. If they did, I would not have had to call and request several times for their professional sign designers and installers to come out to fix inferior work and install craftsmanship. Personally and professionally, as an educator and an administrator for 44 years, this falls well below any level of acceptable business practice or quality assurance. We place full liability on the shoulders of our contracted professionals, Image360 of Palm Harbor. With regret, I warn . . . Enter and entertain quotes from Image 360 of Palm Harbor .... Back in early September a deposit of nearly 1900.00 was paid for a sign on my business. He communicated it would been done by end of September.. Nothing, rescheduled it to Mid October, he was a no show. I called and texted to asked for a refund since he ghosted me all of October. Suggested by my landlord of the building (who is an attorney) to call Pasco County to see if a request for or Permit has been issued for the install of the sign. Guess what... Nothing... Even more upset he was not responding to my texts or calls. When he did his exact words were in the text were "No Problem, I will have engineering and permitting revoked tomorrow And have the office issue a refund" Months passed and still no refund. Got a hold of him this week and he said he would Venmo me the refund. Nothing. Offered even to drive to him to pick up a check. Nothing. Filing a Small claims court for money owed to me with his acknowledgment and takes it as a threat. How much longer do you need Shawn? Guy is a real piece of work. Once Small Claim Case is filed today I will post the case number on this review so people can see the facts as I have kept all my messages, emails, documents, and even have the Capital One Credit card agent state to Shawn on a recorded line and he even told the agent he will refund me in person " I'll come to phil's office on Wednesday when I get back in town"" Lies to no end with Shawn, avoid at all costs and do not trust.
