I've given Eric and Kira a significant amount of business over the years, which makes my recent…read moreexperiences especially disappointing. Over the past few months, I've become increasingly uncomfortable every time I've entered the shop. On multiple occasions, I felt as though I was being interrogated about my political beliefs, with conversations escalating to the point of Eric yelling and making comments about pedophiles. I strongly believe that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and has the right to freedom of speech. However, there is a difference between expressing an opinion and making a customer feel harassed or uncomfortable because of their personal or political views. Because of these experiences, I've decided to take my neon business elsewhere. I sincerely hope one day Eric & Kira understands that customers should be treated equally and respectfully, regardless of their personal beliefs.

I expressed to the owner, Jeff, that I was presented with a kids' MTB event and needed signs yesterday. He promised to work on it quickly if we had the artwork. (we did but it was created on Microsoft OS vs IOS which I seasier for him and his team to work with) He viewed the file and stated he could have the banner ready for me next day by noon. We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. (paid upfront) This is not normal method I like to do business, however, considering the time crunch it was what we had to work with and Jeff pulled through for us. The event went great, the banner looked good too and we will definitely be coming back to Jeff for more of our printing needs even if he is 1hr away from us.
