So I sent her an email after 1 or 2 weeks stating that I was dissatisfied and I never received any further communication to address the issue. After posting a one star review a year ago, One year later I started getting her Face Book friends putting one star ratings on my business people I had never provided any services for. I also saw that she posted negative things about me and my company on Face Book that were not true. She also chose to make negative comments about my education and income and posted stalker pictures, implying that I am stalking her page because I replied to her negative comments, instead of addressing my complaint this is how she handled an unhappy customer. While it has taken her one year to address my issue I believe this is a very bad way to treat a customor. Not to mention that I asked her to do the wraps on the vans aprox 350.00 to 500.00 each x 5 and business cards that alone in the hundreds of dollars between 2000.00 and 4000.00 of revenue she lost.

I did my research on Yelp first as I was looking for a print shop in the 813 area that could help…read morewith expediting printing of a banner. I expressed to the owner, Jeff, that I was presented with a kids' MTB event and needed signs yesterday. He promised to work on it quickly if we had the artwork. (we did but it was created on Microsoft OS vs IOS which I seasier for him and his team to work with) He viewed the file and stated he could have the banner ready for me next day by noon. We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. (paid upfront) This is not normal method I like to do business, however, considering the time crunch it was what we had to work with and Jeff pulled through for us. The event went great, the banner looked good too and we will definitely be coming back to Jeff for more of our printing needs even if he is 1hr away from us. Maybe a contract with the steps of how the process is expected to go, or just more communication of where we are and what's next. This could be a personal preference. Back in early September a deposit of nearly 1900.00 was paid for a sign on my business. He communicated it would been done by end of September.. Nothing, rescheduled it to Mid October, he was a no show. I called and texted to asked for a refund since he ghosted me all of October. Suggested by my landlord of the building (who is an attorney) to call Pasco County to see if a request for or Permit has been issued for the install of the sign. Guess what... Nothing... Even more upset he was not responding to my texts or calls. When he did his exact words were in the text were "No Problem, I will have engineering and permitting revoked tomorrow And have the office issue a refund" Months passed and still no refund. Got a hold of him this week and he said he would Venmo me the refund. Nothing. Offered even to drive to him to pick up a check. Nothing. Filing a Small claims court for money owed to me with his acknowledgment and takes it as a threat. How much longer do you need Shawn? Guy is a real piece of work. Once Small Claim Case is filed today I will post the case number on this review so people can see the facts as I have kept all my messages, emails, documents, and even have the Capital One Credit card agent state to Shawn on a recorded line and he even told the agent he will refund me in person " I'll come to phil's office on Wednesday when I get back in town"" Lies to no end with Shawn, avoid at all costs and do not trust.
