We get intense morning sunlight in our bedroom, bathroom and living room and intense afternoon sunlight in our TV and dining room. The sunlight usually heats the rooms to an uncomfortable level. After the film was applied the rooms feel cool and comfortable! Wish we did this years ago! We were lucky to find Suncoast Neon - not only did they repair and tweak our Pegasus to a look and work like new, we had a great time hearing about the history of their company and being in their shop which is like a museum. Two great guys and very talented - they should have their own TV show!

I did my research on Yelp first as I was looking for a print shop in the 813 area that could help…read morewith expediting printing of a banner. I expressed to the owner, Jeff, that I was presented with a kids' MTB event and needed signs yesterday. He promised to work on it quickly if we had the artwork. (we did but it was created on Microsoft OS vs IOS which I seasier for him and his team to work with) He viewed the file and stated he could have the banner ready for me next day by noon. We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. (paid upfront) This is not normal method I like to do business, however, considering the time crunch it was what we had to work with and Jeff pulled through for us. The event went great, the banner looked good too and we will definitely be coming back to Jeff for more of our printing needs even if he is 1hr away from us. We hired Thomas Signs to make and install an office building sign for us in Tampa. As soon as we…read moresigned the contract to start work, all customer service walked right out the door with that signature. We were never kept abreast of the status of the sign. All phone messages were returned by our salesman, Tim, via email - never a call back. We were never asked to approve fonts before the sign was actually manufactured. Never told when the installation was going to happen. Never told that the installation actually did happen. (We're not tenants of the office building where the sign was installed.) For a business that's in the business of signs, they didn't even quote us the correct cost of permits (a $275 miscalculation!). The way we discovered the sign was actually installed: we got the invoice in the mail. No "Thank you for your business". No phone call from the company to say, "Hello, your sign is there." When we went up to see the sign, the sign was NOT in the position we wished it to be. And the colors were wrong. No one in the company would take responsibility for any of this. We should have gone with Signs Now. Very disappointed in Thomas Signs. And we will not be using them for our future business.
