We were called 5min to closing time and he stated he would leave the banner in back of the shop and not to worry that the neighborhood was very safe. We drove for an hour from our location and picked up the banner. So I sent her an email after 1 or 2 weeks stating that I was dissatisfied and I never received any further communication to address the issue. After posting a one star review a year ago, One year later I started getting her Face Book friends putting one star ratings on my business people I had never provided any services for. I also saw that she posted negative things about me and my company on Face Book that were not true. She also chose to make negative comments about my education and income and posted stalker pictures, implying that I am stalking her page because I replied to her negative comments, instead of addressing my complaint this is how she handled an unhappy customer. While it has taken her one year to address my issue I believe this is a very bad way to treat a customor. Not to mention that I asked her to do the wraps on the vans aprox 350.00 to 500.00 each x 5 and business cards that alone in the hundreds of dollars between 2000.00 and 4000.00 of revenue she lost.
