Barbara and Dick the owners are so rude and unprofessional when it comes trying to get your files. They hang up on you, tell you not to come to the store, they won't deliver the files you asked for, etc. These people are the rudest non professionals I have ever dealt with. Deliveries take forever and they mess up on the billing. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this establishment.
