I called the store to set up a time to come in to explain what I wanted as it was a large order and very important to me. I then came into the store in person. I verbally explained, and then submitted it in writing, exactly what I needed. From the first meeting Stacy rushed me and continue to say I understand I understand. When in fact she understood little to nothing. The first proof I got was very far off base, nowhere near what I asked for. It took over three weeks and many renditions. In the end I still did not get what I wanted. Throughout the process Stacy was rude, condescending, and tried to turn things around to put the blame on me. Such a shame to have to deal with such lack of professionalism.

Interestingly, my one star google review isnt showing up so to make sure I can leave one, Im coming here to do it. Here is a copy and paste from google. Oct 4th, 2026: They, apparently, re-typed my proof which I didn't know they'd done because that's the ONLY way two typos could have gotten on my signs. I checked my own proofs and even powerpoint where I designed it, and there are no errors there. Additionally, they omitted other words like "cell" and "email" as well as blue lines around the small print. I initially chose them due to their great reviews but seeing as how they totally botched this, it really has me questioning how "real" all these 5/5 reviews are. I have attached a picture of the signs as well as the proof I sent in. It doesnt matter that they "sent me back a proof" before printing - I shouldnt have to babysit this nor did I think they even changed anything. If I HAD known they had to re-type it all, then I most certainly would have looked more carefully. This is just inexcusable and unforgivable. DO NOT USE. Update 1: Just got off the phone with them and they said "well....... that's the proof that you approved....." so in other words, they will misspell words on your signs and accept no responsibility or admit to any wrongdoing. if they had made it right I might not post it here but since they want to make excuses, I have no other choice.
