I'd be willing to bet he'd beat most of his competitor's prices around town. We've had banners, signs and vinyl decals (to put over logos already on a banner) made here and all of them have turned out great. He responds to emails timely and he gets signs made super fast, especially upon request. A very pleasant man to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Back in early September a deposit of nearly 1900.00 was paid for a sign on my business. He communicated it would been done by end of September.. Nothing, rescheduled it to Mid October, he was a no show. I called and texted to asked for a refund since he ghosted me all of October. Suggested by my landlord of the building (who is an attorney) to call Pasco County to see if a request for or Permit has been issued for the install of the sign. Guess what... Nothing... Even more upset he was not responding to my texts or calls. When he did his exact words were in the text were "No Problem, I will have engineering and permitting revoked tomorrow And have the office issue a refund" Months passed and still no refund. Got a hold of him this week and he said he would Venmo me the refund. Nothing. Offered even to drive to him to pick up a check. Nothing. Filing a Small claims court for money owed to me with his acknowledgment and takes it as a threat. How much longer do you need Shawn? Guy is a real piece of work. Once Small Claim Case is filed today I will post the case number on this review so people can see the facts as I have kept all my messages, emails, documents, and even have the Capital One Credit card agent state to Shawn on a recorded line and he even told the agent he will refund me in person " I'll come to phil's office on Wednesday when I get back in town"" Lies to no end with Shawn, avoid at all costs and do not trust.

Even some GREAT designs of their own ( the wrench over the tire well). They completed the application in less time than we thought which is great for a work truck. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is their communication throughout the process could have been better. We spent a week sitting, without any communication after the invoice was paid, then a couple of other instances where we were expecting to hear something and didn't. Maybe a contract with the steps of how the process is expected to go, or just more communication of where we are and what's next. This could be a personal preference. Otherwise, we are so happy with the wrap, application and value. Love it

My experience with National Traffic Signs was awful! Phone calls and emails would not be returned…read moreand I was told misinformation multiple times. I chose to use this company over another, even though their prices were higher, because their shipping/turn around time was supposed to be quicker...I was wrong! I placed the order sent in the payment information and hadn't received a reply that they received the information or what the order status was, so I had to call and follow up. Before even placing the order I told them I had a deadline and needed the signs here a couple days early so I could do my work on them and I was told that would be no problem. After having to call back I was told my order was done and shipped out, I asked them to send me the tracking information and didn't hear from them. A day later I emailed and called again requesting the tracking information and got the same answer of "I will go to the warehouse and get that information right now". Want to guess what happened....I again did not hear back from them. Now it is a week after placing the order, which according to the information he gave me I should have already received the signs. After 2 more days of the same scenario, I finally get a tracking number. Well that tracking number showed that it had just been created that day at 4 something in the afternoon, mind you this was a week after it had supposedly shipped. So after seeing that and noticing it would be arriving the day I needed to have it shipped out after my work on the signs, I yet again called and emailed. Got fed the line that UPS couldn't rush it because they already had it but he would speak with his rep to see if there was anything they could do. Sent a follow up email to that and never got a response. So now I had to take a lose on for the signs being late. Not to mention the signs were not done that great, had some sharp edges, scratches and scuffs and spots where the reflective material had been torn off in the corners. I will NEVER again order from this company and will tell anyone looking for signs to order elsewhere! Absolutely terrible customer service and the products sure weren't worth the frustration and paying more compared to another company.
