Their machine left black track marks on other surfaces that I could not remove. I live alone, have no pets and am extremely clean. I called to complain and they rescheduled to come back. And guess what? NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT! I didn't even get a phone call. They clearly don't care once they have your money. DO NOT USE THEM. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

I addressed them as appropriate...however after a few times of such sloppiness in a row, we had had it. Do I recommend this company? In order to answer fairly, I'd preface it by stating "yes" if and ONLY if Jessica or her immediate family members as stated show up. However, of course, there's no guarantee. Since many of her maid brigade are very young women (early 20's mainly), I'd expect quite little. As many such young people, these girls are way too typical of Generation Z. Sigh!

"I don't pay you to go to the bathroom". They dehumanize their employees; as long as they continue to treat their employees with kind of disrespect you can bet the quality of work will suffer.
