Shame on this location because on my last visit I brought my watch in for a battery replacement…read morelike I always do and my watch works as good as new. This was years ago and on that visit I left with a non working watch which surprised me because a battery replacement always brought it back to life. The guy who helped me came back after a few minutes and informed me that after two good batteries were tried the watch is basically junk because a new battery didn't make my watch function anymore. Well I threw it in my junk drawer and forgot about for years after buying a replacement watch, fast forward years later and my atomic watch which doesn't have a battery actually stopped working. Before I replaced my current watch I remember my old watch and thought how about a second opinion and I went to the Hales Coroners location and after 5 minutes the guy handed me my supposed junk watch working perfectly with a new battery, WTF BS is going on at this location and why would you completely lie to a customer or maybe he thought he could get my watch thinking just throw it away for me if it's junk. I'm completely on the fence about ever using this company again and just going to a jewelry store like I have done in the past. This is seriously a stain on the batteries plus brand and shame on them.

This woman was kind, professional, prompt, and about her business. After I explained to her my dilemma and that it was sort of an emergency type situation, she immediately told me not to worry and we made arrangements where she would come to me at my residence within the following hour. This I was totally grateful for due to my being sick for the last month or so. The last thing I had wanted to do was venture outdoors. So yeah, that was a huge burden off of my back. Also, her prices are beyond reasonable and I would even go as far as to say unmatched. I called around to a few other notaries in the area, and Monique quoted the best price. I would recommend her & her company 100%.

Graphicolor is heads and tails above any other printer we have used…read more My company values high quality, attention to detail, and customer service above price. Graphicolor came through on all counts. Their samples were immediately noticeable as a higher quality of printing- like something you'd expect to see a major corporation use for printing- not just another local printer. Their colors were perfect, bright, and clear, every fold, alignment, and staple was in place. Because of this, and a high level of customer service, we chose them for our printing needs. After working closely with Susan and describing our priorities and where other printers had fallen short, we were impressed with the final product. This is the best printing of a product we have ever seen, and we will continue to use Graphicolor. I am so impressed, and so happy I found them!
