Had a print job and wanted to like this place, but I'm kind of wishing I had gone somewhere else…read more First of all, the Online Printing Service may be good for people who just want to use one of its templates, but if you just want to print an image out at a specific size, it's impossible. There's no way to choose the size of the image, and it won't even print out at its original dimensions. The next best thing was to, since I wanted the longest side to be 8.5 inches, make sure the image was in portrait orientation on a landscape piece of paper, so that it'd be somewhere between 7.5 and 8 inches (there was no borderless option). In order to do so, I had to re-upload the image rotated so it would show up right in the preview. Great, close enough. Went to pick up the prints, and somehow they were enlarged on portrait paper so it ended up being 10.5 x 8.5 instead of the 8.5 x 5.5 I was hoping to get close to. This is not this FedEx location's fault, of course, it's just the FedEx printing tool online period, so no biggie. (Corporate FedEx, you need to tweak your online printing tool.) The person who I picked the prints up from was very understanding, I think he was a manager. He was awesome, friendly, etc. Since I didn't have the file, I couldn't try another print again (I thought maybe they had the file from online in case something happened). So he told me to email the file to the Print & Go address. Awesome, that's cool, so much easier than the online tool, and I'd just need to go in an tell them how I wanted the file printed. When I went back in, a female employee helped out, we got it the right size, but noticed that there were multiple lines going across the printout. The manager from before pitched in to help again. After some calibration and further attempts, it was still happening, so they concluded it was probably the rollers making the marks. They took my full order and said they'd print it out and call me after maintenance fixed the printer. Awesome. These two workers were, again, super nice, helpful, understanding, etc. Good job. After getting the call that it was ready, I went the third time to pick them up. Again, they still had lines across the image. Not quite as bad as before, but still very obvious, and on every single print. The employee this time, different than the last times, didn't care at all, and said that it was not a big deal for what I was printing and that nobody would care. I was making too big a deal of it. Yeah, maybe to you it's not a big deal, to me, someone who's worked in graphic design and manages a tech website, it was. I know for a fact that prints should not look like that. I gave up. Asked for a discount since it was my third trip and the prints were still subpar. Got 10 percent. So, what was to cost $40 ended up costing $36 total. Still, pricy for the quality of the prints. I wish I had chosen matte instead as it would have been barely noticeable then. Afterward, went back home and decided to try printing a copy out on the same paper type on my cheap home inkjet printer, to compare. Guess what? It looked better than the FedEx prints. Same print quality, and without any lines ruining the image. Long story short: I wish I had just bought $40 worth of ink for my printer and printed them all out myself. Lesson learned. If I need image prints, I'll do them myself or maybe try a different shop. If I need text documents, I'm sure FedEx would be good enough for that. Three stars overall. Can't deduct for the online print tool since it's not this specific shop's fault, but deducted a point for the last employee and for the quality of the prints. Kept it at three, since the other two employees were so freaking nice and understanding. And I've also shipped from here before with good experiences, so it all depends on what you need and who've you get, I guess.

Whenever I've been in here to ship out they are very professional and try to take are of every need…read moreand don't push every last charge they can like other shipping businesses in Erie. Also they have lots of office stuff you might need. Really high-end pens if your going to be writing a lot. They also have computers to use if yours dies or you just need something in a pinch to find out. They are by far the most polite service people I've come across. Good Luck.
