This place is AWESOME. I called and talked to someone as it was easier for me to ask questions this way and he had the answers and gave me a super reasonable quote. I needed a simple sign for my logo that could go onto a table on top of a table cloth. He emailed me the quote, I was able to easily send the design. Within hours, I was sent a proof, approved it, and then less than a week later I had an awesome sign made that almost looks hand painted. Love it. Very disappointed in the service. Ordered 4x metal signs to attach to stucco of an apartment building. Agent did not say the signs do not come with holes. But she knew my application (stucco/ outdoor). As the expert in these things it's your job to make sure the customer has all the info to make informed decisions. Instead she blamed me for approving the sign without holes in the proof. Very unprofessional. I also paid for rush service and it came 4 days later. This included a weekend. I thought the name Fast signs would warrant truly fast signs. But they sent it out. So that was a waste of money on a $250 order for 4 signs. Never again will I go here. The signs are heavy and appear to be good quality. That is due to her recommendation based on my application (outside / on stucco). But once again it's my fault they did not disclose they do not include holes. Holes on a heavy metal sign. It's funny how you can advise against one thing and not the other. read more

OMG, this review is based on their customer service/ sales rep Jeremy. I am opening up a business down the street and needed a sign on the building ASAP. So I googled SIGNS on my phone and this company popped up first. Well I decided to call and Jeremy answered. He was so laid back and answered all of my questions with no sarcasm and without an irritating tone. After talking for a good 20 minutes I decided to just go over there and really get a feel of what he was trying to explain. He was so detailed and helped me choose a route that would be less expensive than my regular choice. Also, he went above and beyond the call of duty by riding with me to my location just to get an accurate measurement of the size needed. Talk about GREAT SERVICE, he was awesome. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My colleague and I were in town for a 2-day conference and we had brought 2 banner signs with us. When we arrived, a part was missing or had broke in the packaging so we searched for sign stores, to see if we could buy a replacement part. After calling a handful of places, we found Fast Signs and talked to Augustin who told us to come into the shop and he would see if he had the part we were looking for.
