$20,000+ invested over three months--and not a single meaningful result…read more The expectations set upfront by Brandon were clear. The execution was not. Basic instructions were ignored, including publishing a page without approval that required legal review--exposing my company to unnecessary risk. Performance was effectively nonexistent: zero qualified leads. When addressed, the response was defensive rather than corrective. The situation escalated further when my website access was withheld for weeks during a payment dispute--despite the site itself not functioning properly. I was also asked to restrict my ability to share this experience, which I declined. Do your due diligence before engaging. Not all promises translate into performance.

Basic directions weren't followed--including publishing a page without approval that was supposed to undergo legal review, putting my company at risk. The results: essentially zero return. No qualified leads. When I raised concerns, the response turned defensive instead of solution-focused. The situation escalated to the point where my website access was withheld for weeks during a payment dispute--despite the site itself not functioning as promised. I was called the next day, the shirts were ready to be picked up. The cost was indeed $8.50 per shirt. I was very pleased with speed and accuracy of the order. The price was slightly higher then another authorized shop but it was closer to my home and so it was more convenient. My reason for only 4 stars is this. I was in the store at 3 different occasions. The first was a Saturday afternoon and it was only a gentleman working. He answered my questions while sitting at his desk, but was very short with replies. On Monday morning I returned to the shop with the shirts which I wanted embroidered and this time there was also a woman there. Again the man stayed at the desk and directed the woman to "take care of that". She took the order while barely even acknowledging me. Today I returned to the shop to pick up the shirts. Again the man sat at the desk barely acknowledged me and told the same woman to "get that". Now I know that there could be a physical problem that prevented the man to stand. However there is no reason either of them couldnt have been more friendly! They are a business. A simple smile or hello would have made all of the difference.
