I went to that dinky place in the mall and they wanted to charge 230$ to fix my screen. The guy CLEARLY didn't want my business. I remembered that batteries plus fixes phone screen due to an ad put out. I stopped by, walked in and spoke with a representative. I told him I had called the other day and was quoted 149.99. The computers had gone down and I was very patient with them. I could tell they appreciated me as a customer just standing there. After looking up the replacement part to my phone, he said he couldn't fix it. Bummer!! The manager, who I could tell was a genuine businessman, didn't want to lose my business. He told me that, if I was ok with it, he would take it to a neighboring store to have them fix it and bring it back. Lo and behold, I have a working phone. I applaud the staff for their ability to go above and beyond what they should have done!

Kathy handled all the financing and paperwork, warranty info, sales tax, etc. She was very easy to work with and made the purchase part so easy. She explained everything throughout the process so there were no surprises. The boat itself is beautiful and runs like a dream. It was stored indoors so there was no weather wear or sun damage as I did purchase this in July 2020. There were a couple minor things that needed to be replaced but I had no problems doing that. I didn't have to go back to Kentucky for anything as they handled everything on my behalf. Mark and his team were very professional and helpful. They helped us with everything and resolved all items easily and promptly. We paid a fair price and have gotten excellent service. I would highly recommend Mark Miller Marine to anyone considering purchasing a Bass Cat. They were very knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Thanks to Kathy, Mark and team for all you did for us.

I will go out of my way and spend more to mail something via here than anywhere else. They are worth it! Thank you for remembering your purpose, and God Bless you as well.
