Unable to Honor a Customer Promise…read more A representative told me to place my order online and assured me it would be printed the same day. After he left, another representative named JP refused to honor that commitment. JP first said he had not heard the conversation but would call the original representative to verify it. When I asked him to make the call, he immediately backed away from doing so. The entire interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional, and showed a serious lack of accountability. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a multibillion-dollar company. FedEx should hold itself to a much higher standard and ensure that commitments made to customers are honored.

I said that I had an appointment and both girls behind the counter said that appointments "were automated." What does that even mean, UPS? I received a shrug and was told that he didn't answer. I waited 40 minutes and finally gave up.
