But if you have a domestic checked bag, there is no pickup at the domestic terminals. I love parking here when I take an international trip. It is so convenient. The parking is covered but it is more like being under a carport versus under a large covering like some of the other airport parking places. We did not have to wait long for the shuttle either to or from the airport. The driver that picked us up at the airport never got out of his seat. In all my years of travel, I've never had a driver not help me get my luggage on the bus or off of it. I still give this place five stars for convenience. The lot is getting very full so they will often only take you if you have a reservation. So plan ahead. read more

My husband and I were FastPark regulars when living in Austin, and when we moved to ATL and learned it served the International Terminal only, we didn't use it except for International trips. Now that on-site parking at ATL Airport has skyrocketed, we have shifted to use FastPark for domestic as well (going through the international terminal). They do a GREAT job! Best park and ride service I've used flying out of ATL. We use them every time we fly internationally or you could use if you are flying domestically and carrying on only. They are quick to pick you up once you park, and have always had a shuttle waiting at the terminal or within a few minutes of waiting. I suggest making a reservation online beforehand as several times they have been reservation only when we arrived. We used to use the parking spot and we'd have to wait 20-30 minutes sometimes --and that's the last thing you want to do after a long travel day. read more

The plus side is there is a shuttle which picks up and drops you off directly from your car and picks up and drops off from the Maynard International Airport. This was my first time doing business with Fast Park but it definitely won't be my last. On this particular day economy and daily parking were full at the airport leaving hourly parking as the only option. That would've been incredibly expensive so Fast Park was my next choice. Being only 3 minutes from the international terminal it's a fast and convenient option to parking at Hartsfield Jackson. Upon arrival you drive up to the entry gate and take a ticket. The attendant lets you know which specific stall to park in and each stall is a letter followed by a number ex. M22. Once you park in your specific spot you simply stand outside of your vehicle and the Fast Park shuttle will come to you for pickup. The driver helps with luggage stowage if you have any. Once the shuttle leaves the lot you arrive at the terminal just a few minutes later and again the driver assists with any luggage you have while getting off. On your return, the shuttle which runs every few minutes, picks up at the international terminal and makes the short drive back to the lot. You simply let the driver know which stall you're parked in and they will drive you directly to your car. Next, you head back to the entry/exit gate where you insert your ticket, pay, and leave. I have had a great experience parking here. The lot is well-lit and the spaces are covered, and the frequency of the busses going in and out means there are always people around so I felt that my car was always secure. One time I even forgot to roll up one of my car windows during an international trip and nothing was moved or missing when I came back. Another time my battery was dead after coming back from a trip and they did everything they could to give my car a jump. I'm looking forward to continuing to use their services. read more

It is the bus driver's responsibility to hand you your parking spot card. If they do not I suggest you ask for it because when I didn't get one and returned back to the Atlanta location, and called to see where I go and which trancourse I take to catch the shuttle, the young lady on the line could NOT tell me and could not help me. I asked her to please read me one of the cards you hand out when you park and she stated that they don't keep that. I have used this place for parking when going to the airport several times now, never had a bad experience. The staff is helpful and the total time from parking to getting to the airport usually takes a total of about 30 minutes. They also have a rewards system where you get a free day of parking after getting a certain number of rewards points! This was an amazing service. I had a 10 day international trip and didn't want to spend $20 per day for parking. Found this, $11 per day and the shuttle picks you up at your car and is there waiting when you get out of bag claim and they take you strait to your car... no walking.. no trying to remember where you parked. $115 for 10 days was way better than $200 for 10 days! Parked here in May. Amazing service! Covered, safe & clean. The front gate receptionist was so friendly & explained everything to us. We found a parking spot and within seconds, the shuttle was there. We hopped on and were inside the airport within 5 minutes. When we returned, we waited a grand total of 3 minutes for the shuttle. I used FastPark for the first time this past Monday and I loved it. I love the fact that it's inexpensive, that's alway a plus! And the process it self is really easy. Once you reserve your day and time an email Is sent to you explaining the next steps. The address is really easy to get to and once you arrive everything is explained at the gate. Once I parked in my designated row I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the parking lot was, I thought since I was paying less the parking lot was gonna be a bit sketchy but it wasn't at all. As soon as I got out of my car a shuttle was pulling up next to me to pick me up. Same thing when I got back from my trip as soon as I came from baggage claim and stepped outside a shuttle from FastPark was pulling up. (I definitely can appreciate that) The only thing that would make this company better is if the drivers didn't look and act like they hated you, themselves and their job. Personally I don't care for the small talk but at least be pleasant. The last thing I wanna deal with is a stink attitude after going through customs. read more

I had a great experience parking here. It seems most of the negative reviews are by those who didn't understand that this lot services ONLY the international terminal. For those who travel domestic, don't check a bag, and aren't in a rush, this is a GREAT option. My only complaint is that it wasn't explained to me upon arrival that I should wait by my car to be picked up, but the staff was super accommodating and apologetic when seeing me walk to the front. The shuttle service was super quick to and from, and I thought it was a really nice touch that they offer cold bottled water upon exit. We fell into this parking place by accident as we were flying out international on a Wednesday afternoon. Who knew every single lot at the airport would be full and closed? We had already driven 2.5 hours to get to Atlanta, after all, and I was freaking out that we'd miss our flight. After hubby dropped me off to check the bags he tore out of the airport to try to get to SOME, ANY parking lot...when he by chance drove right past FastPark & Relax. He whipped the truck into the lot in a state of panic, the dude said, "Don't worry man, we got you", and did the valet park and had my hubby to the airport in PLENTY of time to meet me at the gate. He was thrilled at the speed and at the low cost! When we got back into the country, we walked outside and their van was there; Moses was so polite and loaded our bags for us and drove us straight to our truck and even unloaded our bags. It was the best parking experience I've had...wish they serviced Domestic! read more

You can never, ever!!! Go wrong with FastPark. My beginnings with FastPark were in Ft. Lauderdale and soon became my 1st choice because they are customer driven. About two years ago, the location I was using had covered and uncovered parking. I had paid for uncovered, and as I was coming into the lot it was simply pouring rain. The attendant at the gate, instructed me to park in a covered location and the bus driver immediately arrived to assist in any way. Because of this, FastPark today is my absolute first choice, not mattering the price. Their leadership project a customer oriented environment. I have also encountered employees in training and they drive same mentality. Pros of this location in Atlanta: - Location of lot is very well positioned - Parking distribution is very well organized - from the moment you drive in, the staff is alert to guide and assist. - pickup is efficient - Reserving your spot is very well worth it. - given a card with row and parking spot for your return - Buses are new, well taken care off and very clean. Cons of this location: - No cons, but you have to be careful if flying domestic as the lot and drop off/ pickup is within the International Terminal. Important (American Airline) travelers note: - if you are flying domestic in AA, print your boarding pass so you can enter checkpoint at the International terminal. We parked our car here for a 10-day trip and returned to find out our car had been damaged, with the entire left bumper removed. The bumper was no where to be found -- which suggests of course that some one took it/moved it/threw it away. I've already brought up the concern to FastPark and was met with no sense of apology, concern, or otherwise commitment to resolve the problem. Jason Sanders, the GM for this facility, indicated there were no "obvious changes in condition" from our vehicle when we entered vs when we exited. They did not have cameras near our parking spot (which is in and of itself concerning?) so couldn't see what happened. We have major damages to our vehicle and will need to pay out of pocket to fix them. At minimum I expected Jason to offer and agree to refunding us what we paid -- $70ish -- to which he said no. I've used FastPark plenty of times, usually in Raleigh, and am a bit surprised that they'd be willing to lose a long standing customer over $70, particularly when our car was severely damaged while under their watch. All in all, I can not recommend this place both for their major lack of security, and for their general customer service. The pricing here is indeed competitive with other park & rides near ATL, but the risk for major security concerns is far too great to justify the cost savings. We paid $70 for parking, and left with a nearly $2000 bill for car repairs. Not worth it. Go elsewhere. (This review is for the ATL FastPark -- not other locations. The one in Raleigh, NC had been great, but now I do question their security as well). read more

Most of the bad reviews are of people who weren't aware that they only service the International Terminal, and that if you are flying Domestic and enter via the International Terminal, you CAN'T check you luggage. The only Pick Up and Drop off from International. If you are flying domestic, you can only do so IF you have carry on luggage. If you know the rules Fast Park is awesome. Cheap, new, available shuttle, covered parking, grab a free water on the way out, etc. Note they sell out so book your spot ONLINE in advance. read more

This morning I enjoyed being interrogated by Amanda, the supervisor at the entry gate of Fast Park & Relax. She said spaces were only for the "traveling public" and asked if I was traveling through the International Terminal. I told her that I was and clearly had baggage in the back seat of my car. I also used my frequent parker card to check in at the gate. Amanda refused to let me park until I could show "proof" of travel. I had no printed itinerary and had to check in for my flight on my phone. Then I had to show Amanda my ticket to be allowed to park. Besides Amanda being rude to me, it was embarrassing and degrading. After parking at Fast Park & Relax frequently for over a year, I've never seen any policy at the gate stating proof of travel must be shown to park. Never even heard of such at this or other lots. It would have saved me quite a bit of time and embarrassment to know ahead of time. Who knows, maybe she just didn't like my appearance! I'm just shocked at this morning's display of exceptionally poor customer service. I'm currently looking at other parking lots. No where do they announce that they do not pick up at the domestic terminal. Finding out after my flight that I have to take a 30 minute shuttle to catch another shuttle, really pissed me off. I loved FastPark in Orlando and Raleigh, but Now I'm finding a new park and ride. You might want to review your signage. You state you have signage on shuttle, there was no signage on any of the shuttles I rode to and from airport that stated your location ONLY serves international terminal. Maybe add some signage as you enter the lot as well. read more

Since the international terminal has opened I have never use the domestic terminal for flights anymore, even if I'm flying to a domestic location. The reason is simple. The security line is shorter at the international terminal, the drive to the terminal itself is quicker from I-75. It's always a lot less crowded on the international terminal side. The only key is that you can't check a bag for domestic flight on that side so carry on is a requirement. The international terminal has long and short term parking. But I've never felt comfortable and such tight dark quarters as the airport parking lot. Fast Park and relax is the independent parking facility across I-75 from the international terminal. I prefer Fast Park and relax for several reasons. One, their price is cheaper than International Terminal long-term parking, the shuttles are frequent and the drive from the terminal to the parking lot is only about 3 minutes. They have covered parking exclusively. And if you have an electric or hybrid vehicle they provide several hookups that are free of charge as I understand it. There is one drawback, that I am sure is not exclusive to this one public parking business. The company and its customers were recent victims of thieves. Recently I witnessed windows broken on several big pick up trucks, no cars windows broken, parked at the very back of the big, deep lot. I noticed no physical outside damage to the vehicles. Yes, they do have high quality barb wire fencing like the other off airport travel parking lots and only one entrance. But thieves will be determined. It does back up to a tree-lined industrial area that probably has very little activity at night to deter such events. Yes I will still park there it is my favorite parking lot to use for the airport. The employees are nice, they are fast and they are efficient. I still feel more comfortable in this lot than in the airport parking deck. Remember they drop you right off to your car. You have to use common sense and the same precautions at any Airport parking facility and every Airport parking facility in every state, that you would at home or when you're parked on the streets. Hide your valuables or better yet, leave them at home. Especially high value small items that might be frequently found in a pickup truck. Hint. This is the sad part of America and the world we live in. Only suggestion would be to add cameras in the back of the parking lot that are motion activated in the late hours of the night. read more

I've been parking here for about two years now. I'm a flight attendant and go to the airport often. This is the best place to park at ATL. I saw a review here about gas being sifoned out of their tank. I've seen police presence here at the lot very often lately, so just know that they take the safety of your car seriously here!
