I'm not sure where to begin!…read more My first visit at Regenesis MD was a great one. Upon entering the office, I was warmly greeted by the staff member (I think her name was Cameron?) and couldn't help but notice how absolutely beautiful the office was. The decor was simple, yet elegant and made me feel like I chose the right office for my skincare needs. The wait was minimal and I was even taken back a few minutes before my appointment time... great first impression for a new patient! Winnie, my aesthetician, was absolutely fabulous. She put me right at ease and listened to my concerns about my skin and tailored the facial to my specific skin type. The facial was wonderful and my skin felt smooth afterwards. She did deep extractions and cleared all of my pores out. Upon completion of the facial, she sent me home with some wash/cream samples of what she used during the facial. Winnie understood I'm on a college-student budget and even set me up with an affordable facial package so that I could come back to see her! Very impressed with my first visit. From check in to check out and everything in between, my visit was nothing short of superb! I can't wait to return again to see Regenesis MD. Thanks y'all!

I look forward to my next one. I can't wait to see what I look like after the 3. 0 Even if you don't do any of the services the products they have in the office are wonderful. The staff is very very helpful unknowledgeable.

The second was for my new patient physical. She is by far the most comprehensive doctor I have ever seen! She took the time to review my entire medical history, address any/all concerns I had, AND was genuinely interested in who I was as a person. Seriously, when do you ever get that from a doctor??? On top of that, she followed up with me after hours on several issues and took the time to find my prescriptions at the lowest cost possible. Really??? No doctor ever does that. Dr. Inaam J. Schneider does. If you are concerned about ObamaCare and the changes coming or if you are like us and just couldn't afford the new Marketplace pricing, go to Dr. Schneider. Maria (Dr. Schneider's staff) was helpful and cheerful from the moment I walked in and Dr. Schnieder spent more than an hour and half with me, listening and responding to my medical history. Dr. Inaam is knowledgeable, yet humble. In my experience, humility is a rarity in the medical community. Here's how I know this about her: It's really difficult to draw my blood. My veins are small and deep, and I can't tell you how many times I've left a blood draw and had bruises on the insides of both elbows for days. When Dr. Inaam and Maria didn't immediately find a good vein, they didn't poke and poke. They didn't even poke once! They gave me two bottle of water to drink to see whether hydration would help. When it didn't, they sent me to LabCorp where someone who draws blood all day every day quickly tapped a vein and got the blood necessary for my tests. There were many good things about my visit, but that was the thing that sealed the deal and made me sure Dr. Inaam is the right doctor for me.

(You will be paying out of pocket!) You don't need an appointment, but can make one if you want. I got a mean splinter almost right through my toe and knew I couldn't get it out myself. Doctor Tope and the Nurses/office staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They even asked if I wanted to take the splinter home as a keepsake, ha! The doc said that there was no way I could have removed it myself, as he had to make an incision, which made me feel much better about going to urgent care over a splinter. (My dignity is still intact!) My wait time was only about 15 minutes (due to my own paperwork). They were able to get me generic prescriptions, which was very much appreciated, and were very knowledgeable with wound care and took the time to answer any questions. We all hate getting sick, so I won't say that I had a blast at Tremont. I will say, however, that for an urgent care, they are probably the best in Raleigh.

The nurses were friendly and explained everything to me and made me feel at ease with shots, etc. They don't take insurance, but you can pay with an HSA or flex-spending card (there is one exception that I don't remember so I would call first to find out if they take your card). Very happy with this place- it's the only Urgent Care I'll use from here on out!

The front office staff were great and worked to fit me in last minute with Dr. Notaro due to a scheduling mishap on my part. The patient portal allows you to upload documents you want to share with the physician, however, it seems to only be allowed if you are either making an appointment or have an existing one. The lobby was smaller than you'd usually find at a physician's office but the wait was minimal. Dr. Notaro was very patient knowing it was my first time with a DO and not knowing what to expect. She gave me her background and listened to my concerns. I never felt like she was anxious to move to the next patient and felt comfortable talking with her. I can't speak for any other physician, but Dr Notaro and the front office staff were great and I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS PLACE!!!…read more I WISH with all my heart I could give this place less than a one-star review, for many, many reasons. the first of which being the following: My daughter (a survivor of intimate partner abuse, sexual assault, and molestation) was scheduled by the Social Security Administration of all places for a review regarding her disability claim. The FIRST problem was that the person assigned to do a PHYSICAL exam of a sexual assault survivor was a male who decided to abuse his authority as an examiner by threatening to tell the SSA that she was being "non-cooperative" because he kept insisting that she remove her clothing despite being told that doing so made her uncomfortable, for reasons he was well aware. Essentially, this MAN sexually traumatized my child because a woman dared to tell him that his actions were making her uncomfortable. When I asked to speak with the supervisor I was then directed to speak with the SAME "man" (more like beast, creature, or cesspool-dwelling animal, but I digress), who then proceeded to have an attitude with ME for demanding to know why he felt it necessary to re-traumatize a sexual assault survivor, to which his response was simply to shrug it off, because -- and trust me when I tell you this -- he will definitely make it a point to falsify a document to get my child's disability claim thrown out. And it doesn't matter that there's years of documentation and other medical paperwork to support her claim; HE was offended, and he will make sure she pays for it. To add insult to injury, when I asked the nurses (or whatever they are) at the front desk for contact information to file a grievance -- while my child is sobbing uncontrollably and was so physically upset that she almost threw up on the spot -- they LAUGHED at her. Laughed. This despite seeing how upset she was, and knowing exactly why. The evaluator also further caused my daughter harm by asking her to perform repeated physical movements that she already told him caused her physical pain. He didn't care. The only thing he cared about was exerting his power over someone he deemed powerless. He all but called her a liar, accused her of faking her traumas and disabilities, and when I asked him why he felt it necessary to behave in such a manner, he huffed, puffed, and left the room. No apology. No acknowledgment of his behavior, or of the pain he caused her. Nothing. My daughter CRIED the entire ride home. It took everything I could to get her to calm down, and now she's worried that because we're reporting this that he'll retaliate. I wish I could say that people on average are more professional than that, but I know better. I've said all this to say that if there is any other place for you to take your loved ones for medical "care" (read: abuse and violation of civil and human rights), then by all means, continue to allow these people to profit. If, however, you actually care about your health and safety and the health and safety of your loved ones, and you'd like to avoid potential sexual assault, then I'd definitely steer clear of this place. It makes me sick to my stomach to know that as a veteran I put my life on the line for people like this, people who support abuse, support bigotry and disability discrimination, and who are so confident they'll get away with it that they'll literally laugh in your face, when confronted with their crimes.

Duke Primary Care Leesville - How my arm looks 24 hours after this incident happened

What happened to me at Duke Primary Care on Leesville Road yesterday was traumatic, negligent, and…read morecompletely unacceptable. I am now physically injured, emotionally shaken, and walking around with my arm looking like I have track marks -- all because of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of their staff. I arrived for my scheduled blood draw at 8:35 a.m. and was left sitting for nearly ten minutes with no communication. When I knocked on the lab door, I found the lab worker FaceTiming her boyfriend while on the clock. She admitted she was on FaceTime. When I asked why she was on a personal call instead of doing her job, she told me I would not be getting my blood drawn and instructed me to leave the building. Two non‑lab employees were then sent to draw my blood. They were not trained for that job, and as a result, they did not collect the correct vials or the right number of vials needed for my pre‑operative testing. This mistake has now delayed two medically necessary surgeries by at least another week. I am sick, vomiting, and dealing with severe reflux -- and this delay is directly due to their failure. Later that evening, the doctor called me. She did not apologize, did not ask how I was, and did not acknowledge the trauma of the morning. Instead, she attempted to reprimand me -- until I refused to allow it. The only reason I wasn't retraumatized a second time was because I stopped her from talking down to me. I had to ask her three separate times what was wrong with my blood work before she finally admitted the truth: the two employees she sent weren't responsible for that job and didn't know which tubes were required. This morning, my arm looks bruised, swollen, and discolored, with visible marks that resemble track marks. I will have to walk around like this for the next week and a half because of their negligence. I am escalating this situation as high as I possibly can -- because no patient should ever be treated this way, ignored, lied to, or physically harmed by untrained staff. Attached is a photo of my arm taken this morning. It shows the physical evidence of what happens when a medical facility allows unqualified employees to perform procedures they are not trained for. This is not just unprofessional -- it's unsafe.
