Before entering the car wash, I was told I had to remove a toolbox weighing over 60 pounds from the bed of my truck because it was supposedly a new policy from the owner. I completely understand removing loose or lightweight items that could shift or cause damage during the wash. That makes perfect sense. However, requiring a customer to remove a heavy toolbox without offering any assistance or showing any consideration is unreasonable and poor customer service. The experience was disappointing enough that I canceled my membership the same day. I'm not writing this review to hurt the business--I simply believe that if you charge customers for a membership, you should also provide good customer service, common sense, and consideration. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression. I hope the owner reconsiders this policy, or at least the way it is enforced, so future customers are treated with more respect.

Fast forward 30 min. of frantic calls to 20+ mechanics in the 15 mile radius & Art was the only one who answered. Not only did he answer, but he answered while he was in church AND, even after I ended the call rather abruptly after being taken aback by a man answering from his cell phone in church, he texted me saying he'd be happy to help if we couldn't find anyone else. We were able to make it to Art's house, where he spent a couple hours fixing my car right there on the street in front of his house. If not for Art, we would have been stuck in Laughlin for a full day, severely delaying our travel plans. Art is the best!!
