I want to keep my 7.3 diesel on the road for a long time this is the place to get it done. I'll be returning there pretty soon to rebuild my front end and a few other things that needed to get done. The job took some elbow grease / natural difficulties with doing such a big job in a parking lot rather than a shop. However, Jose showed knowledge and good mechanic intuition to resolve any road bumps that occurred. Jose did accidentally damage my CV axle boot, but he replaced the whole CV Axle the following day free of charge. I'll admit, I may have been that annoying customer as I was with him the entire job, but he taught me a lot and I learned so much being there with him. He's a patient guy who isn't gatekeeping any knowledge. Rare to come by. I did have to take the car to another shop to get an alignment (which was expected and discussed beforehand), and they did torque a few bolts down that weren't as tight as they should have been. But Jose did tell me the components that he recommended to do a once over since he couldn't reach some bolts easily with the car under load (off the jack). All in all, I'm grateful for the job he did, and I would recommend him to anyone! I've driven the car 2000+ miles since then with no issues. Including hard spirited drives on twisty roads, and road trips from CA to AZ

My technician, Juan, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He installed a rear sway bar and replaced all the spark plugs on my Toyota Tundra. He took the time to explain the work, answered my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. It's hard to find reliable mobile mechanics these days, but Juan clearly knows what he's doing. The convenience of having the work done at my location saved me a lot of time and hassle. The truck is running great, and I'm very happy with the service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend asking for Juan if you need automotive repairs or maintenance.

Beth and Sean were both amazing from start to finish. As a woman, going into an auto shop can feel intimidating and stressful because you never know if you're going to be taken advantage of, but that was not the case here at all. They were incredibly kind, transparent, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt pressured or talked down to, which meant a lot. Their customer service was truly above and beyond, easily the best I've ever experienced at an auto shop. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident in the work being done. I would absolutely recommend Bogart Automotive to anyone looking for honest and genuinely caring service.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. I have been using their services for about two years now and wouldn't choose anyone else. At West Coast Rovers, you truly feel like family, and the staff is extremely kind and professional. I've never been so happy and thankful for a mechanic before. Great experience…read more As a 23 year L322 owner, I've accepted the challenges of ownership in order to enjoy the benefits of this chassis. I had a local shop in NorCal that I'd used for 15+ years that wasn't a LR specialist, but they were very competent and honest. In 2022 I moved to the Coachella Valley where I've found limited service options. I've had my truck serviced in the desert a few times, but never felt "great" about the experience despite the shop's experience with LR's. My truck needed some work, and after experiencing so-so service locally, I decided to reach out to WCR. I had initially communicated with Jeff via email in 2022 to discuss/understand the signs/symptoms of the wide-spread timing chain tensioner problem on my 5.0L engine. My sense was that I had some time to make a decision, and Jeff was very open and helpful in giving his educated opinion.  Fast forward 3 years and I was having a first ever AC issue, and I just didn't want to try the local shop again. So I took the plunge and drove a 2+ hrs to WCR. Great decision. Jeff and Andrew were great to work with. They were practical and understood my concerns. They clearly know their stuff. We discussed the "have to" and "want to" repairs and on this first visit just did the "have to" items. However, in the week+ between when I made the appointment and when I drove to WCR, I decided to purchase a new vehicle, mainly because of the concern that my 15yr old RR was no longer a practical/reliable daily driver. In the end, I was very pleased with my WCR experience. My communications with Jeff and Andrew were excellent, and, in my opinion, indicative of trustworthy partners. Should I elect to keep my L322 for fun, I'd certainly have it serviced at WCR despite the drive.

Do not be fooled by the old good reviews for this place, they belonged to George!…read more If you want to be yelled at, bullied, and mansplained go to this place. Aaron the manager has major anger issues and had a complete melt down (unprovoked), later I found out the prices he had given me was also $100 more than other places... so in a way I got lucky to dodge this place. I can't imagine having to come back here again if there would be any follow up issues with the service they had provided and would ask them to fix anything: I brought my car back from the Porsche dealer which had performed an inspection and told me battery was functioning at 25%. Of course the dealer prices are astronomical so my husband asked me to do some research to see what local shops in our area would offer. One of the first places I called was this place, spoke with Aaron which he informed me of two different options for battery; Interstate brand and then the Porsche OEM for a higher price. The Interstate battery would have been available at the shop but he said he needed to order the Porsche battery and it would take a day. He gave me price for both + an oil change. Getting a quote lower than the dealer got me very excited and I told him I will call him back. Up until now I was happy and was eager to take my car in. I tried calling my husband and left him a message with the findings... I waited a while and when he didn't call me back I called Aaron again to ask if I could bring the car in the same day (the dealer had told me the battery is in urgent condition and I was very worried if the car was dying on me)... with my husband away on a business trip my car was the only car in the house and I wanted to make sure I was taking care of this asap. Aaron said yes and while I was getting ready to leave my husband called and said I should have asked for the Porsche OEM battery and not Interstate, he told me to take a picture of my battery and send it to them which included the model#/specs so they could order it and take the car in the next day when the battery had arrived. So I did as I was told and this is when Aaron lost his mind: I called and another gentleman picked up the phone, he said Aaron was at lunch. So I took the time to explain my conversation with the new guy and asked him if they would like me to email them a picture of my battery so they can order it and bring my car in the next day when the battery was there. He said yes, go ahead and do that. I stayed in the phone with him to confirm receipt and then he said Aaron is back and put me on hold to continue with him. When Aaron picked up the phone he started yelling and screaming saying I was wasting his time and he doesn't have an hour to speak to me for just a battery and oil change. He was having a mental meltdown and I calmly told him he is being very aggressive and if there's anyone else I can speak with as he is very upset and not able to continue the conversation in a calm manner, then he went on a rant that he is the manager and he's the only person working there with no one else (hello? I was just talking to another normal human being other than you) and that he had already wasted SO MUCH time on me and if I don't bring the car in right now he won't work with me anymore .... As he was ranting on his temper kept escalating and last words were actually I don't even want to work with you and he hung up the phone. I never disrespected him nor raised my voice the entire time I was on the phone. I was literally in shock as I have never been disrespected and bullied as much as I was in that conversation. I am posting a screen shot of the total time he spent on the phone with me so there's no claim that he spent hour with me. DON'T GO HERE!! After this I called a few other places I leaned his prices are higher for the same exact battery/services. I went to a different shop and got the best service, price, and experience. Everything happens for a reason!
