I came back two hours later to speak with Christian. I pointed out the VIN listed for the car that wasn't mine was generic and had multiple services listed under it for Walmarts in many states. The service techs remembered installing the tires on my car and the wrong vehicle listed. Christian said he would put in a ticket to get that fixed, but when I said I needed my tire repaired, he told me they were out of patches and I would end up having to drive to Gastonia to get the repair done. Plus my tire hazard warranty had been cancelled during some of those services and it wasn't by my request. Not at all satisfied with this service department.
