Drinks and drinks and more drinks. They have a whole giant wall of cold drinks. All types of craft sodas, teas, waters. Anything you could possibly desire liquid wise. There are more non-alcoholic drink options here than there are at Buc-ees. Amazing salad bar. It used to be 12.00 or 13.00 a pound and I believe they recently reduced the price. Either way, it's worth it whatever the price is. I always end up filling my carton way too full because everything looks so dang good! All the produce and protein is extremely fresh. OK, hot food - amazing spicy breaded wings. Detroit style pizza by the slice (can also be ordered as a whole pizza). They have these really good chicken parmesan breaded rolls, not a round roll, but dough wrapped around chicken parm. They're amazing! They have a bunch of other hot food in the case like taquitos and flautas, stuff like that. Also, they have a smaller case of fried foods like cheese curds, chicken livers, all things small and fried. The choices are endless. They also have soup and chili on the end of the salad bar. They have grab-n-go options and last time I was there they had an assortment of gourmet chocolate bars at the register. I've been here at least five times and will continue to return.

And they ask EVERY TIME, too. It's soo frustrating. They talk on and on about it. They don't accept no for an answer. They will insult you and tell you how foolish you are for not getting one. I have a message for you. The reason I don't want a rewards card is because you never stop asking. That's why. If I get this card, I know that you will still ask about it EVERY TIME. I want it to stop. Please, stop the pain. If my own mother spit in my face and slapped me, it would not upset me more that I get when I am harassed about this stupid card. Stop asking about it!! You can pay at the pump Or you can go inside for any of their coolers full of sodas and waters and cold energy drinks and aisles of munchies and sandwiches and even some basic automotive supplies. Gas prices are reasonable, but the merchandise prices are moderate to slightly high. Which is expected. They apparently sell a ton of ice and there is also a Red Box machine.

I'm torn... it's not bad... but if you've ever been in a Central Market or Sprouts (not sure where…read moreall they are none around here - but many in Dallas metroplex) you'll be disappointed. Around here Akins, Whole Foods or ONF would be comparable. Some similar concepts - nice selection of produce. Great selection of bulk items. Meat counter, deli counter - both fine. Prices seemed a bit high but not crazy. I'd been warned checkout times could be long but I walked up to zero line. Prepared food looked like a bad line at Golden Corral - everything looked dry and tired. Like it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours and it was just after noon on a Sat! I wanted to find lunch bites there but just couldn't... nothing looked glossy or tender or inviting! Fair selection of snack food. Disappointed in specialty food selection which I thought would be their strength - for example - no low carb pasta! The good. Great cheese selection! Happy dance, they even had pâté! YaY!!! Ok, so maybe I'm spoiled but Whole Foods is better - way more selection! But the real winner is Ozark Natural Food!! ONF! Their prepared food is chef's kiss!! Hot entrees and salad bar are mega hits and frankly the vibe is so fabulous it makes me happy just walking in!! Ok, enough about ONF. I didn't hate Fresh Market but it's lack luster and uninspiring. Will I be back? Maybe... if I'm already at Pinnacle I might stop in and see if my first visit was the exception or the norm. But if I'm plotting a foodie trip I'll stay south and hit ONF!

My only dissatisfaction is the availability to reach the pharmacy by phone. It is not uncommon to be disconnected while waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. It is also not uncommon to be directed to "customer relations" because the automated voice service does not understand me. All of this is a waste of my time, and highly frustrating, when I have to make multiple calls to ask a simple question like, "Is my prescription ready to pickup?" I am a caregiver for my disabled sister-in-law, disabled father-in-law, and my mother-in-law with Lewy Body dementia - so the last thing I need is to spend an hour trying to reach the pharmacy, being disconnected or transferred, and getting nowhere. Honestly, it is poor service in terms of the phone availability. If I didn't like the staff, I'd give the store 3*s and look for another pharmacy to serve my family's prescription needs. Please do something to improve the phone situation.
