Banai and his team did really great work on my Toyota that needed a new serpentine belt. He spoke with me on the phone prior to the work for about 10 minutes. He was very knowledge and I sensed honestly in him. Upon arriving, he quickly deduced what was wrong with the squeal and was underway on repairing. The total price was very, very competitive. I took my aunt's car here a couple of months ago, a problem with engine vibration. Banai and his crew diagnosed it quickly and were able to replace all the engine mounts and also diagnose the sound coming from the catalytic converter that was done from another repair shop. I was very pleased with the worked done with the car. Fast Track Auto resurrected my aunt's Pt Cruiser 2001 and it drives wonderful. About 3 months later I also too my Honda Civic to his shop and have him replaced my timing belts and serviced checked everything. I also have him fixed my engine cover which I destroyed trying to replace my own spark plugs lol. From now on ill just leave it to the professionals of Fast Track Auto. Banai was great! We had a blown motor in our not very old, low mileage car, and were in desperate need of a trustworthy mechanic. I spent a month calling around getting quotes and talking to various people and Banai not only had the best price but was the most helpful. He gave me some tips to try while I was searching for a new motor, and was very fair and honest about what he charges for labor on something like this. I was referred to Fast Track Auto by a coworker who highly recommended this place. I needed collision work done on my Infiniti G35 and I needed it done very quickly. I met with the owner Banai and he quoted me a reasonable price considering that Infiniti parts are not inexpensive. He was very kind and attentive. He knew exactly what needed to be done and within what time frame. Banai made the whole experience very pleasant and always updated me via text and phone calls on how my car was doing. He even sent me a picture when it was 70% done. The only thing I didn't like was that the original price quote kept increasing because some parts had to be replaced in order for other parts to properly fit. I actually was not able to pay the full amount when I picked up my car but Banai allowed me to send the balance a couple weeks later. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone needing auto repair. read more
