The spring broke on our garage door and although I called at 4:30PM, they were able to promptly schedule us for the following day. Kevin came out and took care of the broken spring. In addition he did not hesitate to take care of several other issues I requested, including helping to reprogram one of our doors to the exterior opener and to the cars. He also changed out a defective interior opener and greased the track on our screw drive openers. He went out of his way to realign the brackets to the drives upon hearing how noisy they were. He quickly isolated the problem and now both doors run nice and quietly. I highly recommend the business. Response to our broken 10 ft. Overhead Door was almost immediate within an hour. 2 days later, parts were in and the broken spring mechanism was replaced, all door fixtures lubed and checked, and working better than ever. I contacted Kevin (the owner apparently) to repair a broken garage door spring. He was fast enough to come out to replace the spring and take my money. But now that the door will not stay in the open position (a month later) he can't be bothered to return my calls. Iv'e left multiple massages, when his cell phone mailbox is not full, but no returned calls. I finally caught him off guard and talk to him after I pretended I wanted a new garage door opener installed. He said he would stop by on Monday to adjust my spring. But he never showed up. I even took the entire day off work. It's a shame he's the only garage door contractor in Dallas Oregon. I'm being forced to call another contractor and pay them again because the door he repaired is a safety hazard. read more

Fast Overhead Door did a fantastic job of cleaning up a mess created when two other garage door companies couldn't make a new garage door opener work properly. The original installer didn't properly attach the new opener so the opener detached twice from the door and the opener light only came on when the door closed. The second company wasn't able to figure out how to solve either problem. On the phone I told Fast I want to completely replace the door opener. He said the opener I have is an excellent unit and should work perfectly. After inspecting the system he confirmed the opener was fine, just installed incorrectly and needed some new parts to work right. Since he finished, the door has worked perfectly, the light not only comes on when door opens, it comes on with a motion sensor. He also programed three cars to open this and two other garage doors. Neither other companies were able to do that. I am a huge fan of Fast Overhead Door! read more
