Customer service superb and extremely prompt inspection scheduled and results emailed the next day. I'm very satisfied with this business and the services provided to me & my newborn baby. I discovered mold in an apartment I had been living in for two months. I reached out to this business and they scheduled an inspection that same evening for me and came out the next day by 8 AM sharp. The inspection was completed very thoroughly. You can tell Michael Nguyen the inspector was not rushing and took his time. He actually went outside and inspected the windows and the way they were installed and WHY the mold was there and what was causing it . The report was sent to me via email by the next day by 8 PM. It was extremely detailed and he actually took the time in about a 20 minute phone call to explain what it meant, and what I should do going forward whether it's moving out or cleaning the furniture. He was extremely professional, but also very personable and answered every single one of my questions. I would very much recommend this to anybody worried about mold in their house or apartment. Buyer beware, This is now the third company to open up with Mike Nguyen and Doug Paule. They claim to sell an A.I. Microscope that processes air o cells for mold and asbestos. I warn you, they will sell you a Microscope for $15,000, then tell you if you spend an additional $10,000, you'll have unlimited usage, with a no per sample cost. They then will close the company they sold it to you under and open a new company and extort you for more money to continue having access to their platform. Doug Paule contacted me late 2023 and demanded I spend an additional $10,000 for use of the service for three years with a company called frontier. Now five months later, I'm getting hit with this company doing the same thing. I warn you, do not purchase a Microscope from this company, you will absolutely regret it. Between this and the microscopes always breaking, save your money, you're better off using a lab to process your samples. read more

Fast Mold Testing completed an incredibly detailed review of our 3 & 1/2 story house in Sausalito at very modest cost. Presence of different mold types was identified and located, with evaluation of severity. Many photos were provided of mold and water damage, with detailed recommendations for remediation.
