The really surprising thing about this great service is that it began online with a purchase via their website, but since Kempf is a real store with real people who care about their customers - even first time customers from out-of-state like me, my experience was far better than I've ever had with bigger online "virtual" merchants. In addition to great help in selecting the items I needed, I was impressed with the packing, shipping, delivery time half-way across the country, and price. I'd drop by the store to say thanks, but that would take at least two long days of driving! To let him know we were going to be late. We were relieved and assured to know that our tardiness wasn't going to hinder the experience. We met with J.P., he gave us the tour of the place and then we got down to the brass tacks of why we came. Great place! Not knowing what to expect, I kept an open mind as to the experience J.P. Was very informative and made it appealing to absorb the detailed information not only related to the experience but also responsible second amendment responsibilities. J.P. Provided the training and offered additional training options for future endeavors. This is probably the ultimate gaming experience with real life adaptations. You are provided with an environment and an experience of threats that in real life we want to avoid. However unless you are a hermit or blind to the obvious, the risk is real every day that you are in a public arena. With this training you Know how to act and what to do when application of deadly force is required. When the train evolution is completed, you can target shoot and have some light hearted fun and or compete with friend and family popping balloons or wiping out zombies. You can host adult parties here you can also host child parties here with age restrictions. Nice bison ranch, 160 acres and about 120 bison…read more Small store for bison meat, jerkies, hides and skulls, water and sodas, large outdoor area with picnic tables ( bring a lunch) Very nice and friendly owners. The days became overcast the the lady I was with was cold so the owner found her a sweatshirt to borrow. The ride is the best part. Sitting on hale bales (I got a blanket from car to sit on in shorts) they ride you out on the trailer to one of the fields and as they enter the field, the herd comes walking up. You stop and they provide a bucket of treats you can throw and sometimes hand feed the large animals with a little care, they come right up to the trailer and they will let you know which can be fed or scratched, without an issue. Was never so close to a bison as to have them taking treats from my hand, kept safely behind the steel rail of the trailer. We saw calf's and they explained which were male and female and how the horns are in each. We were in the field a good amount of time because with all the bison around the trailer, the driver had to wait for a break to climb back to the tractor to go. Nice history story and short film before going out. Not much else to do there but worth the trip and there are other nearby things to visit the same day, making it well worth it.

It's right off 30 and easy to spot the sign. Owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, so definitely ask if you have questions.
