We went to use the touchless car wash this Saturday. It took our money but once inside never started the wash. We called the number listed online. The owner answered and talked to us politely offering our money back or we could try again. We did try again while on the phone. It worked! Although we paid twice, the owner did refund my first payment very quickly. It was easy and appreciated very much that he took time on weekend to meet my concern. June 11, 2024 Drove through this town on vacation and tried to wash my truck here. One wash bay was closed. I tried the other one. the money machine wouldnt take my credit card so I put a $20 bill in and selected the $9 wash. It did not give me any change. I wrote down the number on the money machine and tried to call it repeatedly over the course of the next week or so. Left messages each time. Never got a call back. I then called the Butler County Sheriff. They gave me the number for a Jackie Vaughn who was listed as the owner of the property in 2024. I called the number several times and left messages, but again, never got a response. Called the sheriff back today and they recommended I call the chamber of commerce. Chamber looked a phone number up on Google and gave it to me. I called it and the number is disconnnected. Called the sheriff back and asked to make a report. They told me I have to call a local (I live in Nebraska) police department to make the report as they cannot take a report over the phone. Judging from other reviews, this place needs to be shut down. read more

Traveling from Iowa to Corpus Christi. Pulled into this car wash and ended up with $3500 worth of damage. Contacted one of the owners and he said send pictures. I sent pictures and contacted him two days later to make sure he had received them. He said he had received them and had shared them with his partner. I can't say anything about the car washing unit itself. But the vacuum/fragrance was junk. I put $2.00 in for fragrance, all three were over half full. None of them would spray out. When you call the contact number from google, it doesn't go through. This needs fixed or shut them off. read more

Vacuum was absolutely worthless. Zero suction. Super disappointing. Just went there because it was closer to me than the normal one I use.. lesson learned! Please don't waste your money there. read more
