He did hallway upstairs and I told him to forget the other two rooms because at this point half of my day was gone. I was satisfied with the way the carpet looked. We were still charged the $78 with no compensation for my time wasted for one morning and one half of a day with two inexperienced employees. Also, they parked their trucks in my driveway and on street in front of house and left several oil stains. Who's gonna get that out?!?The next day I called the office bc the spots from the pretreat were visible again and bc no one bothered to contact me about this inconvenience.
