Never! My mom brought her watch here. She's had it for 15 years. All she wanted was a new battery. They replaced the battery, but they forgot to put the gasket back in and then when it got wet (as it always did before) it got in the watch and so she brought the watch back to have them fix it or at least replace the battery and dry it out. They told her it would be $45 to replace the battery and when she said no, they put it back together WET! It has since rusted in the gears. My Son took it out to his workshop using alcohol he saturated it and blew it out with the air compressor and it's working again. We Will never ever take jewelry to this place again. Our family has a very large presence in this desert. We will always advise against this place anytime the conversation of jewelry comes up. I went to fast fix to get my battery replaced. I've been to this place a few times before and always get great service. This evening was close to closing time due to my work schedule I wasn't able to make it earlier. Amanda was there to greet me and walked me thru the pricing for the battery replacement. It was a great deal for a five year battery guaranteed not to fail. She mentioned it would just take about 20 min to replace. She would be able to replace it in that amount of time without any problems. I mentioned to her I was going to get some food and she was going to text me a message when finished. I didn't hear my notification when she finished. I proceeded to return and to my view she was starting to close up the shop for the evening. She still took care of me to allow me to pay for the services and did it all with a great professional attitude . We need more people that show they care for their clients and go above and beyond to show their appreciation for the business. This place fixed my wife's wedding ring. It was an engagement ring and a wedding ring welded together and the weld came loose. It was quick and actually much cheaper than the other stores in the area. It was recommended by another jewelry store in the mall. They even cleaned it up and it looks better than new. read more

BUYER BEWARE WHEN YOU DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. I've never been treated so rude and disrespectful in my entire life. To top it off I paid way too much, $149, to have a ring sized from a 10 to 11. They charged $45 to sand down a rough spot on my wife's ring. The repair looked like it caused a weakness and when we pointed that out they said another $65 to fix that. We went next door to Ruiz Jewelers and they said $49 to resize a ring one size and they could also fix my wife's much better and not rip us off at the same time. Robert the goldsmith came out to evaluate the gems and the entire job. The end result was wonderful and we highly recommend them. I spent $95 having a silver squash blossom necklace restrung with one piece of turquoise re-glued. Thought it was height but it's a good piece and I didn't want to go all over trying to beat the price. And they could get it done in a week. When I picked it up I brought a pearl bracelet that was not broken but one small ring attachment opened and the other ring needed to be put in and then the ring closed. Very simple and quick. A matter of closing it with small pliers. I was quoted $25!! I was shocked especially after a pricey repair. I walked out and stopped at a watch and repair shop close to Macy's, showed them the bracelet and the friendly gentleman said no problem and NO Charge as it took him less than 30 seconds! I'll be referring customers there for sure. Good business sense. read more

I brought my engagement ring here to be resized and to have a bezel added to the stone which would remove the prongs. This is a 14ct WHITE gold ring with a 8mm by 6mm sapphire rated at 1.33ct. The bezel that was installed was not made by this jeweler, but was pre purchased. The bezel covers the stone all the way to the plateau and covered more than 2mm of width and 1mm of length which significantly reduced the light transmission within the stone. When Roberto quoted the fix, he said it would be a thin bezel and would be the same color as the ring. As you can see by the pictures, the bezel is yellow gold and does not match the color of the rest of the ring. The order was also to reduce the size of the ring by a 1/2 size. The size was the ONLY thing he got right. Except, he did not fix the Rhodium coating on the band and now that looks like yellow gold now, and is no longer white in color. My fiance picked the ring up today and is extremely unhappy with the results. When Roberto was asked to fix the issues, he was extremely rude and refused to help us further unless we paid the same fees again that we paid to have the original work done.  We are extremely unhappy with the quality of work and horrendous customer service provided at this store. Would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not use this place at all if you value your possessions.  The ring was taken to 2 other jewelers who are unsure if this ring can even be fixed at all. read more

Excellent customer service. I brought 1 watch for repair and 2 watches for adjustment in the wrist band. The manager, Caroline, was very knowledgeable and personable. She showed me that one of the watches was self adjustable and I actually did not need it serviced. She actually showed me how and adjusted it my wrist size at no charge. No wonder this place was not busy .. I brought a plain old watch for a battery , didn't even ask the price because every watch place I have been to charges between 8 - 10 bucks at the most . After asking my name, phone, etc, I said how much? He said 23.00 . I said , are you joking?? He said no. Stopped by to get a battery replaced for my Bulova Marine star watch. Guy working the counter looked at the watch and said it would be $29.99 without warranty and $39.99 with. I thought the price was a bit steep so I asked why the price was so high, I've had batteries replaced in the past and have been charged half the price. He explained because it was a chronological watch the process to replace the battery was different than a standard watch. Unconvinced by his explanation I took my watch to expert repairs and asked for a quote. $10. I was in and out of the shop in less than 5mins. I placed a silver cross at this store for repairs on Feb. 27th. I paid $300 in advance to cover the bill. As of May 21st they DO NOT answer their phone. The Corona closing is over. I requested a call back...I requested they mail MY PROPERTY to me. Nothing! they ignore me. Well, I will have to go to the mall (against my better judgement. I am 67 years old.)
