This is honestly the best decision I ever made! Back in January of 2021, I hit one of my lowest. I am currently an active duty soldier that works super hard to achieve her goals. I would work out two to three times a day, eat healthy like I always did, and follow the key steps to success and loose weight. Nothing worked. I remember like it was just yesterday. My advice for anyone that something negative to say, you possibly did not follow the steps or you ended up having a negative attitude. It's so easy to just give up and blame a company or a staff of this program being too hard, or they are lying. After over 10 years of deteriorating spine injuries (both neck and lower back), I received two surgeries to stop further nerve damage and extreme pain. During this timeframe, my physical condition worsen to more than 50 pounds overweight and bad health (asthma). I fought back by losing 50 pounds of weight but any further attempt caused muscle and strength loss. I needed to find a new solution. My peers said at 63, I was too old. Others told me you'll never recover from neck and lower back surgery. I was getting very discouraged. I searched the web for alternatives. For everyone like me fighting up hill battles all day everyday I am finding that I must stay focused on the goal. Oh my goodness I have so much to say about this place. I have booked a complementary consultation I guess that's what they call. I was show an infrared machine that supposedly warm up my muscles or what not. Then I was told that when I come I will do 20 minutes in this machine and then I am responsible for one hour brisk walk outside, and also I am responsible to take I believe she said magnesium pills. The magnesium promotes bowel movements to the point of diarrhea. I explain to the lady that I am a nurse and I question how do they regulate electrolyte balance within the body if they put a person in the state of diarrhea, she was not able to answer me. I also ask about some other health related issues that I had with their program yet again she was not able to answer me. In summary if I take a brisk walk for an hour every day and take magnesium pill to put me in the state of diarrhea of coarse I will lose weight. Is it going to be a healthy weight absolutely not. I had a consultation with Vera. She was so informative and had been through the program herself with such great results. There is no pressure sales pitch, just good information. The place is nice and clean and everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. They were all very motivational and paid attention to what is important to me. I didn't have to wait long, even though I showed up early to my appointment. There were plenty of people there and I didn't have to wait for anything. They are open early and close late so it works with my work schedule. Vera also shared her walking path so you can do your 30 minutes of walking right then! I have to say when I first started I was skeptical, but after yoyo diets and gaining more than I lost, with a bonus of deteriorating health issues. I was in GREAT need to get the weight off. As I started the program I had to tweak my eating habits and with the Suggestion of Very Little exercise I thought this would never work, but boy was I wrong! To start with, I am the biggest skeptic there is and I said as much to the staff there. With that, I along with my wife decided to give them a go. The staff is super!! Olivia, Dawn and T are extremely positive people that make you feel good about yourself, and they know their stuff!!
