She said a convertible takes all day, so we must reschedule. Today we drove there and the same woman told my wife they couldn't work on her car because she was 10 minutes late. The receptionist didn't ask if we could leave her car overnight. She told us if I wasn't happy with them, she knows a guy who's really good. I get the feeling the technicians there aren't comfortable with working on a convertible or they're not properly trained to handle the task. To save yourself some grief, find another shop.

I filed a glass claim with my insurance company on Aug. 2nd due to a stone chip...The insurance rep. advised me that Auto Glass Express is one of their preferred shops...However, there were no openings until Tuesday Aug. 6th...Immediately following the call with my insurance company, I called Terry at Auto Glass Express to set an appointment to repair my windshield...This was at 1:25 in the afternoon...I left a voice message I stating that I live in Parkston and I am willing to travel to Mitchell in order to make this claim a little smoother for him and to possibly get the repair sooner...I also drove by the shop only to find that the shop was closed...Terry returned my call on Saturday the 3rd at 7:57 am and left a message advising me that he would be in Parkston on Tuesday the 6th and could repair the windshield then...I returned his call at 2:59 on Saturday the 3rd and left a message asking what time he would be in Parkston so that I could plan my day to be available for him...After not receiving a call from the shop, I called again on Monday the 5th at 3:52, again another voice message requesting when he would be in Parkston on the 6th so that I could plan my day to be available...Again, no response... Having not received any response from Terry, I continued with my day by playing bingo with my wife and disabled brother-in-law, in Mitchell.....I FINALLY received a voice message from Terry on Tuesday the 6th at 11:02 stating that he was "on his way" to Parkston and that he wanted to set up an appointment....FINALLY A RETURN CALL......Terry waited until the day that he said he could meet with me to finally call and confirm an appointment. I guess Terry just assumed that I would sit around the house all day waiting for him to show....That is just a complete disrespect of another person's time....How does anyone run a business like that????? Needless to say, Auto Glass Express is not going to get my business....Any reputable business that does not have the common courtesy to return calls and the decency to respect another person's time, DOES NOT deserve to get my business....

He says the car is ready and I ask him "don't you usually call a guy and let him know when the car is ready to go"? He then tells me "I told you it would be done this morning".
